Very angry. They confirmed to me a seat by phone but didnt tell me on the phone to do a web check in and now I cant urgently arrive to my destination. Apalling! Avoid them at all costs plus make sure to do a WEB checkin far in advance.
Muy mal servicio. Por telefono me confirmaron mi asiento pero no me dijeron el importante detalle de confirmar via WEB en el checkin. Pesimo servicio!

I totally get you in not feeling comfortable sitting down and being cramped up. Volaris is the only airline that flies out directly from Chicago to my parent's hometown of Morelia and that is a 4 hour flight. I always pay the additional 30 bucks to get the premium front row seat so I can stretch my legs lol! If those seats are taken, I have to suck it up hahaha!

I travel back and forth to from Puerto Vallarta to San Diego every month and its a drag having to fly Volaris. horrible customer service. Viva Aerobus also services Tijuana Puerto Vallarta but Volaris has mutiple flights a day as compared to Viva Aerobus's miniml flights. Volaris flights are always very very cramped

BYE- you cant call it the worlds cramped airbus A320 because there are way worse, of course everyone is going to look you have a camera pointing at them. Stop trying to make Volaris look like a bad. If you didnt like your experience then you should of flown on another airline that is better for you: )

i flew volaris back in 2016 to Mexico City and the plane caught on fire. Wr had an emergency landing in Atlanta. We were there waiting almost 24 hours. Until they finally sent a plane from Guadalajara. They only gave us a 200 credit for future flights. The credits were only good to use for 6 months.

Leg room? I am the only person I know who is comfortable in coach. I'm only 5'6. Ha take that for being able to reach the top shelf in a grocery store. I still say showing a video of economy class is like shooting a video in a chair in a closet. But no screaming kids in the closet.

My favorite city in the world I've been to so far. Beaches are world-class. I hope you have time to go and enjoy PV sometime in the future. Volaris used to fly out of Chicago Midway. I'm SO glad I sprung for American or United. And I'm only 6'00.

I don't fly much. And when I do, I want that window! But when I flew domestically in Mexico, I took what I got, and I kept being given aisle seats. OMG, I had not realised how much space you give up by choosing the window.

No airline does DVT as well as Ryanair especially with their new new seats, ok for flying to and from the UK but not Tenerife, the seats are similar to the seats fitted on public transport bus's, hard backed no leg room

I'm an average Mexican, my height is average, Volaris suits my legroom, I actually never feel uncomfortable flying Volaris. If you want more legroom you always have the choice by paying a premium.

0: 52 I'm thinking, why would you pixelate the insignia on the aeroplane tails? Is it because they wouldn't sponsor you? Yep, that flashed through my tiny brain before I worked it out.

Jetstar in Australia also operates their A320s at a capacity of 186 seats with their A321s configured for 230 seats. The new A321neo LRs Jetstar will soon receive are configured with 232 seats.

I have flown in many airlines. Volaris is the worst airline I have ever flown, with Aeromexico a close second worst.
My favorite was Cathay Pacific, from Homg Kong to Brisbane.

Sadly with the two carriers VivaAerobus and Volaris - I avoid them at all cost. I rather fly out with a US carrier with lay overs than fly with them directly to my destination.

Brand new and safe plane, but terrible trip because the owners chose the worst possible seat configuration! But I believe US and European budget airlines are no better?

I don't know manylow cost airlines that packs less than the maximum number of seats into an airplane. Heck even 5 star Lufthansa flies their A320 with 180 pax
