Preparing My FORT for Winter - WINTER IS COMING

I head to my Bushcraft Camp or as I like to call it my Fort in the Woods Winter is coming (as Jon Snow would say) so I reinforce the perimeter walls of the camp, chop wood to fill the log store, reinforce the natural shelter and the ladder on the Hunting Tower. This is to help protect the camp during the Winter Storms to come

gotta say it but the camera work is cracking me up he either has a few cameras that he's got set up or he's walking past a camera stopping going back picking the camera up then moving it further along the route place it then walking back to walk past the camera to get footage and then returning to the camera picking it up and moving it further down his route and then repeating the whole process hahaha. if he is doing that then hats off as thats a whole shit ton of screwing around hahaha. please tell me you have 4-5 little action cams so I know I'm not going crazy hahaha

Hi, Just saw this vid. Uhmm, whas the point of cutting up all the logs? I can see building a frame for a lean to to sleep under and a fire ring and even covered wood storage to go crazy But why all the log walls and the hunting tower, are you worried about bears or wildlife or something. If it's your land, just toss up a small cabin or a frame for a tent. All the billions of logs and twine you have holding it all together leave me asking why? There's also that large square you have around the camp outlined in logs and debris - what is that for? Just wondering?

Great Video - as per usual. Note: if you're going to give your dog sticks to chew - check occasionally to make sure that no splinters have made their way between the tooth and the gum. Look for redness, swelling or the gum looking extra pale - if you find it, gently rub your finger down the gum towards the tooth and attempt to push it out. The dog won't enjoy it and neither will you - but it'll save you a fortune in Vet bills later.

what country is that in and what an amazing fort. when I was younger we used to make like little shelters but they didn't go well so I decided to make a tree house fort and it went really well then I found your flogs and it gave me some amazing ideas what to do next in the woods. YOUR THE BEST YOUTUBER BY FAR CREATING THIS STUFF. how do you get all the food and drinks/ resources like axes for instance

If you are going to prepare the fort for winter. You probably should put some walls up, and build a sleeping area within that wall. Being low ground with walls will stop the wind, that tower is going to pretty much useless anyway. You cant fit a sleeping gear set up without being uncomfortable.

I've watched some of your vids and got hooked in fast. You gave me an idea to do the same. I was wondering if you could build something like a little fort in a country park/very populated forest. Maybe you could give me some tips: )Btw sick intro I usually skip intros but this one was really good.

There are many hilarious moments in your videos, One of my favourites is when you had your water boiling on your stove and it was doing a funky dance on top and you said you're a wizard Harry had me cracking up. And now a new favourite 24: 55 that cork popped off like a gun shot.

16: 16 the stropping leather on your axe blade was absurdly excessive, dude. I mean, unless you are literally using that hatchet to shave, this was unnecessary. Two strikes in and that fine sharpening work is undone. I admire your attention to detail, but the honing stone was plenty. XD

Great work, excellent improvement's on your camp. I hope the para-cord people, they may not like you saying; twine works better, but you proved it, in this case. So step down para -cord idolater's. We all know para-cord does have it's uses especially in survival situations.

Hey, just thinking how brilliant would it be to make a bench for weight lifting out of the pine, hollow out two thick-ish logs a straight bit through the middle and you got yourself weights Ha. Also can you please include the beer link, cheers.
