Join me on a solo winter bushcraft camp in the snow. I set up the canvas lavvu tent, install the woodstove and make a fire in preparation for the incoming snowstorm. Winter camping in the snow can be great fun if you are prepared with the right winter clothing and sleep system. During the first part of the video I spend 3 days solo winter camping in the snow. On day 2 the snow starts to arrive and by day 3 the ice rain and blizzard like conditions hit the camp hard. I kept the woodstove running for the 3 days and cooked up warm meals on the stove. For the second part I head to the bushcraft camp in the snow and practice bushcraft skills in the freezing cold weather. This was filmed as part of a week-long snowstorm that hit the UK in March. Thanks for joining me on the adventure - Mike

Hi Mike. It's still a pleasure to see one of your new video. If you like sausages, I suggest you (if not already done) to taste the rougail saucisses, it's a typical dish of the Reunion Island. It's really easy to cook it in (and on) woods (Reunion people are used to doing it during large picnics with their families at the beach or in the forest. Greetings from Bordeaux.

My goodness that knife is a piece of art Beautiful. This video made me totally Zen, haha. I can imagine how incredible good you must feel out there. To bad wild camping and open fires isn't allowed in the Netherlands, and spending my nights on a camping isn't exactly my thing, at all. Thank you again for another great video.
