The Lufthansa First Class Lounge at Frankfurt (the separate building, that is, there is also a First Class Lounge at terminal A) is the best First Class Lounge you know? Why did you not show the ridiculous showering rooms which would fit perfectly at a youth hostel? Silly, small cages consisting of wooden furniture only, not enough space to put a suitcase on and take out fresh clothes. compare those silly rooms to the Cabanas in the Concorde Lounges of British Airways at Heathrow airport which are a combination of five-star hotel rooms and huge wellness areas with rain showers. Yes, the food in the Lufthansa First Class Lounge is slightly better than in BA's Concorde Lounge, like is the food in Lufthansa's First Class compared to British Airways' First Class. But have you ever come to Frankfurt in early morning, landing in terminal C and WALKING for 2 kilometers to that First Class Building? Preferably in January, WALKING through snow or rain, dragging a heavy suitcase full of laptops and files? The limousine will not fetch you at your arriving plane. And if you walk only to the First Class Lounge at terminal A and depart later from A40 (a long, long way to walk, they don't give you a limousine, because it is just the same terminal. That is not First Class

A day / night difference if compared to a stellar better airline like Singapore Airlines. Look at that ugly, ugly, ugly floor space between seats for example with those bright red emergency guidance lights, it looks like you are sitting in some sort of exhibition Hall space, or an airline fair, where the in flight products are being showcased. really ugly atmosphere here. Flight attendants walzing around like they have better things to do than taking care of the passengers, mediocre overall amenities and ambience for First Class. The only thing about this whole flight I really liked was the lounge. But I would definitely prefer to step into a SIA Suite after that than into this ugly cabin. Typical Lufthansa: Tip Top technology & safety, but everything else pragmatic, simple, cold and boring. Thanks for the video, I love the composition of ambient music, great videography in terms of details and content

I flew LH A380 Business JFK-FRA earlier this year. I agree the privacy in Business is not great. Fortunately i did not have neighbor and I dont need to really sleep on that particular route. But, and this is huge but, LH just oozes understated style and class. (The oxymoron used here is intentional. Service on board and food were superb. The flight attendant even kneels next to you seat so you dont have to look up at her. Superbly polite and warm hearted and of course needles to say always professional. The crew know your name and use it often when talking to you. The Entertainment choice is stunning. I think there were over 50 films available. I must also say I like LH color schemes and interior very much. When they jack up their new business in 2020 with the upcoming 777, I am sure they will have an almost perfect product. I have heard that the LH's HON and 1st Class ground service is unbeatable.

The noise surrounding the first class compartment is a drawback. The sound of voices, coughing, multiple languages, service dishes and screen noise is the ultimate intrusion of privacy. First class on long flights should consider hospitality and comfort foremost. This airline is unacceptable in that regard as shown in their choice of a urinal instead of a shower. German hospitality is non- existent for the passenger. However the exterior of this plane excels as well as its engineering capabilities. An absolutely breathtaking beauty but does not equally offer human accourements. Lufthansa needs improvement to compete with other airlines. Thanks for showing these videos so passengers can make choices that suit their needs.

I don't think I want to fly on a plane that can think for itself. It may decide that it likes Japan better than Bangkok and change the route Then what? :-) Are you sure that is first class, it looks more like business class. The first class areas I've seen are much more private. That First class needs some serious upgrades it truly looks like most of the business class seats I'm use to traveling in. If I were a first class ticket holder on that flight, I'd be extremely disappointed. I need to remember not to use Lufthansa, their Business class resembles coach. What is Lufthansa trying to prove? Thanks for showing this video, now I know not to use Lufthansa.

I hope you will be able to try out Swiss First Class from Zurich once: The lounge and the service provided at ZRH is phenomenal and the overall experience of flight and lounge is my favorite. The problem is you can't really buy Swiss First Class with miles unless you are a high tier member on their Frequent flyer program and you can only upgrade from the high (C, D, J) Business Class fare with other FFPs. So you'll have to usually buy the ticket, which makes it all the more exclusive; )I quite enjoy your videos, I think the choice of music is very well and I enjoy those little pieces of facts and information you give.

That looks more comfortable than the puzzling apartments offered by Singapore and some other airlines. With those you have to choose between the chair for sitting or a bed for sleeping. I much prefer the same device for sitting (reclining) and enjoying a movie, or moving the chair to a flat position. You can simply turn the chair into a bed -- no need to call a flight attendant to make up a separate bed. No need to adjust the IFE screen or do without it in bed. Korean Air's business class apex seats are wonderful.

Hoi LTE Awesome video and what a great start to another fantastic trip: ) The first class terminal once again looks awesome, seen many reviews about it but yours is one of the best. Only negative part would be having to pay for the spa, you would think that should be free for first class passengers. I thought you usually get taken straight to the aircraft from the FCT? The flight itself looks good and the food all looks fantastic It seems FC was full as well? Brendan

I do like these videos right. But the constant trivia flashing up every two seconds gets really annoying. I have to zoom into the video just to get rid of this and it becomes a much better video for it. I admire the level of detail and the amount of research that you clearly do to create these lines of text but trust me, save yourself the trouble cause they are just not needed 90% of the time. Less is always more.
