I really hate how you fly through the first/business class lounges. Most all others take their time and show everything thete is to be seen, like all the buffett choices and ect. Thats one of my favorite parts and also how i choose between airlines at various different cities too. if youre going to do long layovers ect tgen why pick an airline with subpar lounge if hours are to be killed there but with your videos no verdict or opinion can be made other than trusting your opinion or word. i dont as from what ive seen your tastes arent what mine would be. kindly put lol

One of these trips when I go to visit my Sister in ZRH, Im going to have my Virtuoso Agent book me on Austrian just to try the service. Usually I fly LH First Class via FRH with a two hour layover (my choice) so I can enjoy a hot shower ( I have a collection of the famous LH yellow ducks) and breakfast in their outstanding First Class Terminal before arriving refreshed in ZRH and to my Sister. On the way home, its always Swiss First nonstop primarily because after 11 hours, I just want to get home to my own house and bed.

I prefer take-off to landing. Still get a tiny bit nervous during the landing: -) I have never had the privilege of eating in an airport lounge. I would probably have coffee or another beverage with a light snack, but would take advantage of the plane's food service. However, I have vowed to fly business class the next time I take a long-haul flight. I will share with you my horror story of flying economy on Alaska from JFK to SFO on your Wednesday blog: -(

Once again, a very professionally prepared trip report. Austrian look like a. good airline. Do they have First Class beyond the curtains up front? Great flight times here also, flying during the day and arriving in daylight as well. Meals looks scrumptious. Does the chef have to prepare all those meals on his own, or does he have a helper? I have always been fascinated by their triangular crockery. A very relaxing journey for me as well. Thank you.

a little different. a trip report, very cool. I've never understood for business/first class passengers why they eat in both the lounge and again on the plane. oh well, i like the blankets and pillows and the colour scheme of the cabin, i totally love the plates that the food is served on, did you have a nap on the plane? For me being a Simulator flyer, i totally love the area around Innsbruck. Hope you had a nice flight?

Business class is nice and relatively luxurious as compared to coach, but true luxurious travel is first class. There is first class available on some long haul 777. Why are you in business? Its a bit of surprise in contrast to your other points of interest/destinations. Business is also approximately half the cost of first class. Was cost a consideration on this trip?

Austrian Airlines is absolutely spectacular and admirable. It takes me back to the good memories that I once lived through. I usually prefer to attend the airport a little earlier than expected so I have time to eat and relax. Going back to the beginning of your video, I tend to eat in the lounge because I consume on an average of 6 meals+ a day due my career role.

This is my favourite video so far of all your videos I've watched (and I've been reading up on your blog collecting info like crazy. Yours is the best website so far I've come across because it has such comprehensive and amazing good and pertinent information I have a tool that could help your 'fear' (nervousness) of flying. Let me know if you're interested and

Generally, I eat on the plane when flying business class. But on my trips from Dhaka to London, I do this: I take the evening flight from Dhaka; as soon as I am aloft, I sleep all the way to Dubai; I shower and have supper in the lounge; I then sleep again in the early morning flight into London, and have a coffee and a roll at the arrivals lounge at Heathrow.
