TrangleC: I wonder why flared wing tips seem to have fallen out of favor again. For decades they aired documentaries on TV explaining how flared wing tips on airliners are great because they reduce turbulence and safe fuel and all that and now, all of a sudden, the newest generation of airliners don't seem to have them anymore.
