Great Video as always! I was an Avid LH Patron till the time they decided to become Robotic about it. German efficiency they called it. Hhaha. Once I experienced EK and SQ Business Class, this was no match. Late last year, I flew Swiss and LH in the same trip, both were sub-par in their product and service. The A350 is a great aircraft, the Soft Service, a disaster. The Crew were not interactive, the seats were not a true Business class experience and the Munich Lounge was just a large hall with seats and food.
Let the LH management once fly EK or EY or SQ Business Class, they will understand why so many people are disappointed with a once great airline.

Love that take off sound (or growl) as I call it! The 2 x 2 x 2 lay out leaves me cold! As you know so many airlines with new aircraft like the 350 have a 1 x 2 x 1 lay out. beats me! I notice in the Menu they quote the poet Herman Hesse. the man who wrote Steppenwolf and of course this is where the band took the name. Born to Be Wild! Easy Rider! Great flight review as always and New Delhi is a great city. Been there a few times and if you can come to terms with the poverty etc you can really enjoy a vibrant city! Thanks again and I look forward to your next video!

I recently flew a lot with LH but I became more and more unsatisfied. The quality of service declined, arrogant FAs (of course not all, but it is a disaster for those who try their best and keep the customers happy) and a hard core product which is outdated. I flew with Asian airlines last year and this is a something else. great service, awesome business class products and lower prices. My choice is clear to avoid Lufthansa in the future.

It seemed to me a rather sterile flight with Lufthansa. We flew to Calcutta twice when Mother Theresa was still there, yet arrival time, make us to sleep in the airport. (We had to take a train to visite some steel foundries) Try to read this book: Het smelt Lize Spit, you may have already read it. Keep it safe, covid is not yet over despite young people sometimes think it is, I shouldn't tell you that: -)

I traveled with Lufthansa quiet a lot and have to say I was never impressed. More frequent I was disappointed. The glory days are long over and with the recent problems in aviation the quality will not return to Lufthansa. They managed to perfectly ruin a good reputation they once held.

I can not understand how does Lufthansa does not implement the 1-2-1 configuration in business class. What is even more surprising to me is that they keep getting the 5 stars from skytrax although the Middle East airlines are way better than them.

Thanks for sharing! Just to say how terrible the meal presentation on plate looked (probably really nice tasting but looks are everything) More business class services are using chefs to cook from scratch. Makes sense

1000 euro? Thats a great bang for your buck. Lufthansa has a very standard business class product compared to other carriers imo. Its still business though and way more comfortable than economy!
