I watched your video and scratched my head, then read some comments, and clicked on the link with the written information. I used to travel often and very well from the mid 1970's through the mid 2000's. Since then I still travel well, just not as often. /Mostly First sometimes Business since they invented it in the late 80's/early 90's/. I flew some coach trips too before they invented economy. I understand at your status you expect the world thrown at your feet, but that just makes me think you don't get out much. Also every Oneworld Airline has a special line just for people of your status. Did you try calling one or more yourself? The video shows nothing of this service disaster and roach motel situation, which leaves people to watch a video with an over the top headline, only to later read the rantings of what sounds like snobbish bore complaining about getting a free hotel and meal on an airline for a weather related delay. Obviously you must not travel often in the United States. I've enjoyed many of your previous videos, but this was a bit of a turn off. P. S. if you want some real fun head to the LAN counter at Miami when they are having an operational meltdown, trust me this trip will seem like pure bliss.

Hey please cut the safety video in next video, 17 minutes video and 1/4 video is for safety video? You know make simple video like cut the safety video or take off landing video is better than cut during flight. You maybe had worst experience with Cathay, but if you live in Asia you will feel Asian airline is better than Europe and American. Look at the service, they always serve hot meal for only 1 hour flight maybe Qatar doesn't serve (because i ready know it) but East Asian airline always give you better experience than other airline

Very nice video: ) I second though to the comment on the safety video. this section was a bit long. And also thank you to Elias Saca for clarifying the title. I was confused too, as I had not writen your explanation. You might wish to change the title, though. The Loire promotion looked great to me - different from the food presentation, which looked a bit poor, despite having been a night flight. Glad the seat and service were good.

The only reason I would pay to fly longhaul business class was at 13: 08, the bed. Not that Doha-HK is a long trip anyways. Try SYD-LHR or SYD-LAX or better still SYD-JFK. (Guess where I'm from) A fifty cent glass of orange juice, a hot towel, croissants worth about 1. 50 & a 4. 00 coffee for breakfast just doesn't add up in my mind for a costly J seat. Not knocking your video, just the price structure for an over- the-top experience.

What a pathetic report, you got delayed 24 hrs, if you knew anything about travel you would have comprehensive travel insurance. You obviously dont know much as its forbidden as per the safety demonstration you filmed. I have flown Cathay business class many times and I have found them to be excellent, one of the best airlines. As a general rule I find people who spends their time whinging about delays shouldn't be flying, period. Get over it and get a book to read.

Was the recording of the safety video necessary? Why would you present this video as the worst experience yet, there is absolutely nothing that has been Identified to suggest it was negative. You seem to be the negative one as opposed to the airline.

i think my friends were suffering the mishandling of the delay too. they were directed to a QATAR Airlines flight to HK on 7 am that day anyway and they stayed at the airport for nearly 12 hours while CX couldn't figure out what's going on

Thank goodness Qatar still has corporal punishment. I called His Highness The Emir and arranged for the person who furnished that dreary lounge to be severely beaten. Travelers everywhere must be protected from such atrocities
