Hey Dixie,
Two (and a half) questions:
1. During the hike, do you ever feel like you tired of recording/ of speaking to the camera/ you don't feel creative about what you have to say to the camera and add to your story?
1. 5. What do you do about it to continue shooting an awesome material?
2. When you send Aaron the pics and videos, who is responsible for the story of the video - do you tell him what you aimed for and how do you see the video, or you just let him build the story however he understands?
Thanks!

Great video Dixie, thank you! Two questions came to mind when watching, and one you answered in how you offload/back up footage while on trail. DropBox is a great idea. The other question is maybe more for Aaron; How on earth do you reference short clips of a subject from past footage. as you did often in this video? I have a fraction of the content and have a hard time finding a particular subject when I want to. If you can answer, thank you kindly!

Another great video, we crossed paths on the PCT in 2017. I knew who you were because I had seen some of your videos. I really respect your wholesome lifestyle. I was at Berney Falls SP in No Cal. I had a package and new shoe's, because mine had failed. Mac Mac and Perk helped me out with some kippers my husband and son had added to the shoes. Thank you for capturing Perk and Mac Mac without me. I am a little camera shy.

I love that first AT video intro, you were so scared and unsure of yourself and now you are this awesome athlete/ vlogger, confident woman. It is like we got to watch you grow up. I love your stuff and was SO glad to see this one. I have a thru hike in my near future and I want to give vlogging hiking a try. All my older videos are Tech related. This is a new place to learn with new Challenges. SHT 2020, AT 2021

I have mixed feelings about the put the camera down and be IN the moment thoughts. Every time I watch one of your videos now I think of your confrontation with the mountain lion, and what kind of presence of mind it took to catch that moment. Epic. (As a jot down a few tips) Your instincts always seem on point! I always have take aways. Thanks!

LOVE that Peak Products camera clip! Yes, it's pricey. But so is your camera gear and you do get what you pay for, so it's well worth the for a premium engineered product that you can be confident will not fail on you and drop your camera on the ground! Having used one, I would never go back to the neck strap!

Good stuff, Dixie. Having watched all of your trail vids from AT though the Camino, I noticed how much your skill level and comfort with the format improved. That said, the human side of your footage was very good from the beginning and only got better. Be well and stay safe out there.

Thank you for the tips. Wandering if you were satisfied with the GEKKO TRIPOD? Is it usefull if you want to stabilize while walking? Is something more like the Gorillapodmore useful? I do not intend to vlog, just take better stabilize videos. Thank you for the motivation.

I've watched and rewatched your videos miss Dixie. (MUCH more enjoyable than watching the news) I've learned a lot about camera angels, sound, etc. Thanks for another weeks enjoyable video!
