What's it like to fly United premium plus on a Transcontinental flight? Join me as I review the 767-300ER in Premium Plus from Los Angeles to Newark. Overall, a very impressive flight with United. The seat is very comfortable and has plenty of space. The cabin is cozy and exclusive. The food was very impressive for a 4 hours Transcontinental flight. Is it worth the upgrade? Yes! I payed $218 for this ticket, and would 100% do it again if I could find another cheap fare. United will sometimes charge $400-600 on this route, in that case, no it is not worth it. But, again, if you can find a good deal you will get great value for money. -Flight Information- Airline: United Airlines Aircraft: Boeing 767-300ER Registration: N670UA Flight Number: UA500 Flight Time: 4 Hour 35 Minutes Seat: 23A, Premium Plus From: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) - United States To: Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) - United States Date: Saturday, October 2, 2021

I flew from DC to Vienna in Premium Economy. 8. 5 hours. I am now 26 but I grew up flying first class. Yes, my Dad has been very successful in his life and I was absolutely spoiled to fly the way I did as a child. I simply can't afford paying $8, 000 for a trip to Austria in first class now! Premium Economy was not that much more expensive, a couple hundred dollars, but it was well worth it. It's a nice way to travel.

very nice video: ) wow the plane looks so much better than deltas. no paint chipping off when boarding. The inside doesn't look as beat up as others too. I was impressed to say the least. I have flown Ual and AA a lot and love how they have improved so much. they also have more cabin staff than delta and seems less stressful. I will have to ask my company to switch me I think

UA is stepping up their game so i've switched most of my business to them from AA. Can't wait for all those new aircraft to arrive. AA has gone the reverse direction on domestic premium so i don't really bother with them anymore. They comped me Global Service status so it was a no brainer.

Unfortunately there are still those that arent wearing masks. And no they were not eating or drinking. Some people are just unwilling to be kind to one another because I guess they feel the rules dont apply to them or else they enjoy the thrill of being rude.

I'm amazed to see a full dinner and a snack plate on a US domestic flight in Premium Economy! Usually only Business/First Class gets real food on any domestic US flight, and you got it twice! I won't tell your mother than you didn't eat your salad. ;-)

Does UA offer a complimentary wine/bar service in domestic PE? Also idk if its just a U. S. airline thing but the plastic cups just scream cheap esp in a premium cabin not something you see on PE in most other carriers even with the pandemic.

How were you able to walk into the galley to shoot video? (At 15: 05) The United attendant didn't seem concerned at all. That's an employee only area; can anyone simply walk in there during a flight? Kinda surprising and a bit disturbing.

I flew Premium Plus from SF to HNL last week and thought it was very comfortable. Of course no food on Hawaii flights unless you are in first, but the seat was very comfortable. I'm 6-2 and had nice room.

we can all agree the 767 legroom is the best economy class of a plane for both for long and short(2-3-2) Further ahead is the a220 and the first are the Embraers e1 and e2 with a 2-2 configuration

I really like this video. Great job and its really nice to see a meal service in a domestic flight. I would love to see IAD to SAN in Premium Economy.
Keep up the good work.

were you happy with this view from row 23 or do you prefer a seat a little more backwards, like row 27 / 28, that you dont have too look on the whole wing?

K. My tires all need replacing to new. Kick your tires UA and get on with life with a new Livery. The current is as bad as the inside. CO is gone.

I really had no idea United did full meals on premium economy for domestic flights! The legroom, the second service sounds like a winner to me!

Thank you! Your camera work is excellent. You can see individual houses way down there. I hope you thoroughly enjoyed your flight.

Are you able to access united club in LAX for just booking the premium economy ticket or you need to purchase club membership?
reply

Was your recline in the last row of Premium economy the same as other seats in Premium economy that wasnt the last row?
reply

I was just wondering, does the lounge come with your premium ticket or did you have to pay for that separately. Thanks!
reply

I am flying this setup next year. I cant decide between bulkhead for extra legroom or back row for more private feel.
