If you weren't a huge fan of the 2019 Sequoia, the light refresh for 2020 probably won't change your mind. If on the other hand you're looking for a big Toyota SUV with high reliability and strong towing ability, then you'll probably be happy that the 2020 Sequoia adds Apple Car Play and a TRD Pro model to the mix. Just be prepared for the middling fuel economy. J Packard: The interior is A LOT bigger than a highlander. I own this model sequoia. I almost traded it for a highlander but couldnt fit in the third row its so small. This suv is bigger interior than the Tahoe, and even the new Ford Expedition. The Ford Expedition max is 15 longer and one has one more cubic feet of space. This thing is a Behemoth. TOYOTA also said the 2022 should be the redesign for the tundra and probably sequoia with hybrids and twin turbo v6.

By the time I open the driver's door, like 3 galons of gasoline have already been gone on this dinosaur truck. I can understand who the company is marketing this vehicle for, but a looking 2004 interior and 2009 exterior, is not a good match in my opinion. So I only speak on my behalf. If they bring that same vehicle to current market, with appropriate interior and exterior design, perhaps it can appeal to a larger segment or group of people. Those positive changes should not negatively affect its capabilities.

This and the 4 runner are due for a redo but why would Toyota do that when they still sell like crazy. 4 runners here in Canada hold their value like nothing else. Plus the Ford Explorer just got recalled for parking brake failure, roll over issues and the fact the rear seats might fail in a crash. I would stick with the old faithful. But 80 grand is a lot of.

I honestly don't see the appeal of this vehicle. Unless you're a Toyota fan I cannot legitimately think of a reason to purchase this over the competition. It gets abysmal gas mileage. The vehicle itself is old as dirt. The technology is seriously lacking and it's interior looks like it was lifted from 2005.

How does toyota keep the same outdated product (this, Tacoma, tundra) going for so long? The exteriors R fine but the interiors are so cheap and old
