Still would never go over 10 feet from that vehicle. Chrysler's quality is going down, and they need to do something. Also, what the hell FCA, you haven't updated your damn cars in years. Stop being lazy, and redesign your cars! pH, and the Wrangler is screwed, and not even up to competition to the new Bronco. Hoping FCA does something to make their cars better in the future, but first they need to update their cars. Sorry for the long rant, I just think FCA is getting hyped without any effort by slapping a V8 and packages in their vehicles.

Was it worth the wait? HELL YES! Beyond the Hellcat, Ram added so much content and didn't necessarily pull a me too on the Raptor. The accessories, the stance, the interior bits, hell the TRX even forced Ram to put in a floor-shifter, something they've refused to do since 2012! For 70k starting, in an era where people are already paying north of 60k for half-tons, Ram will not be able to build them fast enough!

It basically a ram 2500 overweight starts at 70 grand That's more expensive than the expensive raptor. There's a new raptor coming this year 2021 with the new F-150 interior and probably the hybrid powertrain also it's going to get the five-link coil rear suspension that'll be within like 50 horsepower. The raptors also lighter. The TRX is nice but the raptor should not be worried

You have to give it to FCA. er, Stellantis. whatever. Put a supercharged V8 in EVERYTHING and the people will GO CRAZY. I honestly thing this supercharged V8 has given the company more press and excited fans (and sales) than ANY other product in recent history

While I'm happy that Ram now has a variant to compete with the Raptor. FCA should just kill off Chrysler if they aren't going to invest into the brand I love the Chrysler brand but why let the brand suffer without new product and very little commercials.

The Hellcat engine is excellent. The rest of the truck, not so much in terms of reliability. At least the trucks have not had good records of their transmissions and electrical components. I hope that changes with these new trucks.

The main thing I took away is nobody has a factory engine that can compete with the hellcat engine. Glad they put it in. Pricing as with all trucks is going to be staggering. 75-85k? No bueno.

I wonder how the new transfer case will affect reliability? Being a boring Toyota guy, I pause when I hear some of these shiny new electronically controlled features. I am glad Ram is going after Ford.

If you read the Butter War by Dr. Seuss, you just know Ford will slap a supercharger on the 5. 0 Coyote engine tuned for the F-150.
