You wouldn't want to hustle corners in an XK and you wouldn't want to drive long distances in an F-Type.
I prefer the XK because it does more: Adequate performance, good handling, excellent ride, more space, more comfort, better looking and now, a lot more affordable!

Yet another unfair comparison of a sports car verses a GT. The F-Type this time against a down-rated XKR. They were made to be completely different products and for different market sectors. Unlike the F-Type, the XKR has rear seats. Yes, they are small but at least it had them. The F-Type also has smaller luggage space - less than half the XK when both have a space-saver. If practicality was considered then the outcome is a draw.

The XK is better looking, more practical and certainly not old tech as the chassis was brand new and all aluminium, I drive an XKR 2010 29, 000 miles and I wouldn-t want any other car, I drove the F type and it-s a good 2 seater but it-s not. GT and doesn-t draw the looks the XKR does

Getting rid of the XK series was a bad mistake. Catering to the people that can afford the F was a clever idea and works because it-s smaller and easier to sell, but like the 911, Jaguar need something to ground. not an F type

I think theres a conspiracy to shade the XK because it's no longer on production and Jags are really cheap. If you said the XK was better then any of the new models people would buy the pre-owned models instead.

Only thing good about the F-type is that it's all wheel drive. Also The rear end design looks better than the XK. Those 2 things are the only things it have that the XK could use to make it even better than an F-Type

I'd pick the legendary XK over the toyish F-type. It's a timeless GT and no other Jag can replace it. I hope Jaguar brings it back in production. It's an expensive car to run and insure but I still want it.

Lot of people think the ck is more comfy, I know of a guy who went in to by the f type but came out with the xkr. Your the first I've hered of to say the f type is better.

I never liked that front end on the XK, especially the headlights, otherwise it's a beautiful car. On the other hand I loooooove the look of the F-Type.
