I'm probably gonna be hated, but I think that Korean cars are becoming better than most modern Japanese cars. Whereas Japanese manufacturers cut production of Supra, Evo, etc to replace them with hybrid SUVs, Hyundai starts production of really fun cars alongside with hybrids, EVs and SUVs. Meanwhile prices for Japanese cars are rising, but Hyundai are as affordable as they have always been, but they also launch Genesis and N division to diversify and offer more choice of truly good quality cars. I respect them a lot.

I hope they pick there interior game up, there GTC competitor atm (not good on their names) is a decent looking car (super lights doors), but the interior isnt great, very cheap feeling. Their large saloon (which is huge) does have a decent inside so hopefully.
I see in on of the Sammy i20 iirc, hit a lamppost in a supermarket (slowly, quick enough to bend the lamppost, and it didn't even scuff the car, I was impressed, as was the OAP owner of the car.
