Jeep Wrangler: P0204 Injector Circuit & Misfiring: Follow Up Old: Your dedication to getting to the bottom of things is why so many other shops refer their problem cases to you. You will go further than they know how to do to find the right answer. Injectors are a particularly nasty thing to deal with, because small changes in resistance can lead to problems. The difference between proper fuel flow and none at all is often pretty small. Your efforts to track this one down went above and beyond. What I really enjoy here too is that you could have fired an expensive parts cannon at the problem (replace all injectors) and that is probably what some shops would have done. So not only do you go further than other shops, but you actually save the customers a bucket full of cash. Excellent!

Eric I aspire to be a fraction of how smart and diligent you are always getting to a solution. I ve got a ton to learn but so do we all. Your videos are always informational. If You ever close up shop I bet people would flock to classes taught by you. Very well explained always and easy to follow / entertaining. I love your videos and pray you keep it up for years to come. Thank you for your time and hard work and humility.

What I really like here is the way you quickly and easily check your data to verify your assumptions. For example, in this video you disconnected the injector and retested the resistance at that distant connector, proving that you were replacing the right one. Sure, nine times out of ten the wiring diagram and scan tool are correct, but the tech will get blamed if he didn't notice somebody else's error.

I was a Honda dealer tech for over 40 years and was known as a good diagnostician but too often I relied on experience and intuition trying to shortcut the troubleshooting. I am so impressed by your knowledge across so many car lines, your deep understanding of the operation of a car's systems, your skills with your diagnostic tools and the logic with which you track down the problem. I totally bow to you!
