It's always nice to see different methods to get to the same diagnostic goal. I wonder if the reason the vent valves are prone to failure is because moisture that condenses in the line has nowhere to go, then it freezes on a cold day, damaging anything nearby. So the manufacturer tried to shift the location of other parts so the valve would be farther away from ice. Problem is, there's only so much headroom under the vehicle.

I've never had such a thing happen to my metal gas cans. :D
I was asking myself if I had grown a veeeeee, too when doing plugs on a similar vehicle ('04 Yukon. I couldn't get the damned boots off to save my life! Took an hour and a half! I was mad, lol. When aren't I? :D
Glad you finally took some time off there! About time, lol! Hope you and the fam-jam had a great CHRISTMAS and New Year's.

Welcome back, Welcome back, Wel come back (Singing the theme to Welcome back Kotter ) An oldie, but goodie. Remember Vinnie Barbarino? Sounds like a name you might hear in your neck of the woods. I believe the character was John Travolta's very first acting gig. Anyway, I digress. Happy New Year! Thank God! Something to watch today! Anyway, please tell Mrs. O, chello for me. Take care, ASH

Not sure what software you are using to render your videos, but it should have a way to remove the noise from the furnace. All you need to do is give it a sample of the furnace sound, with nothing else in the background. Then apply that as a filter to your final render. Hope that helps.
And Happy New Year! o7

SMA is also used for State Magistrates Association in NYS.
They're basically small town judges. They can have SMA special vanity license plates.
We used to call them Suck My Ass as if you didn't know the judge or he know your family, then it would be Suck My Ass as far as fines went.

Yep, you can say Christmas, Hannukah, Festivus or hell, why not go old school and wish folks a happy Sol Invictus. After all it was Emperor Constantine that rejected the winter holiday of Sol Invictus and instead celebrated Christ mas instead. Prior to him, Christmas wasn't really a thing.

The 4. 8 was has an excellent reliability record like the 6. 0. The 5. 3 has always been the more trouble prone engine of the group. Mainly because of active fuel management and other small issues. I think of the 4. 8 GM to the 4. 6 Ford. A small but robust reliable engine.

FRIST! to make unrelated comment on a video I haven't watched. I would bring my fleet of rusted iron to you to trouble shoot maybe repair 'if possible beyond total replacement' lucky for you none of them would survive flat bedding to your shop.
