As a fellow teacher working my off time during summer vacation to better my own knowledge I can understand his reasoning.
See the new stuff and a lot of the old stuff that s happening with the cars out there today teach the young students about those problems during our classes

Ha! I've got the Isuzu 4. 2 in my Ascender. No GM troubles for me: ) But seriously, it's been a great SUV since we bought her new in 2006. I did have to do the left front wheel bearing, so I know exactly how that sounds.

I think Paul Danner would suggest that you look at inrush current upon starting the pump. A low spike would indicate high resistance before the pump, a normal spike would indicate a good power feed to the pump.

Phil knows you're making videos right? So he doesn't think you're talking yourself, because talking to yourself at full volume is weird. Bring Phil into the videos, even if he's off camera.

Hey Eric, where do you get those cartoon pictures you use for the title graphic? Does someone draw them for you or is there a website you get them from? They are always great!

Tell Phil the comment section demands that he formally introduce himself, lol. Then Eric, you will no longer feel weird making videos around him.

Off subject here, if I may. I see fields of corn in your area. Is this for feed, human consumption or ethanol use? Never miss a video btw. Regards

What would be a normal fuel trim value for an older GM engine like this one or others? Is the -25 to 25 from the scan tool your target? Thanks!

The owner needs to seriously think about having you do the wheel bearings too Eric, the wheel bearings are louder than the engine at speed.

Unless they're not available anymore, there are certain parts you just don't install aftermarket, the fuel pump is one of them.
