Just how ferociously does the new Audi TT RS Coupe accelerate? Buckle up and brace yourself as you join testing the new 2. 5-litre five cylinder engine in the TT RS. Cue a full on timed launch. Don't worry, I'll also give you the full low down on how the car drives on road and track as part of this detailed Audi TT RS video review. Not only does this sports Coupe boast an impressive 400hp from its five-cylinder engine, but the sleek looks make it stand out. Should you consider this over a BMW M2 or Porsche 718 Cayman S. Hello all!
Wondered if anyone could help me!
Looking at either getting an Audi TTRS MK2 (2012) Model or a Porshe CAYMAN S (07-09) i have around 25k to spend and im so unsure what to get! Leaning more to the TTRS due to the fact ive had an S1 for the past 4 years and bloody love it.
And i have done some research on the running costs tyres/service ect on the Cayman and its very expensive IMO.
However i cant find out as much about the TTRS,
Any help or opinions would be amazing!
Also, big question what sounds better in your opinion!
Cheers

Have to chuckle at the -women-s car- or -hairdressers car- comments.
I bought my first coupe back in June 2017, a three year old Audi TT 2. 0L TFSI S-Line Black Edition Quattro and I absolutely love it. It-s the quickest car I-ve owned and the most fun to drive too.
And with the back seats folded down and the custom boot liner fitted, I can still get my mountain bike in the back.

Honestly probably one of the coolest cars you can get, it's not too showy while still looking menacing, it's not as pretentious as a cayman, and will 100 percent impress your friends and family without looking like a midlife/quarterlife crisis like a corvette. Also this car probably holds its value very well. Seems like an amazing car to buy.

Thumbs up for the review but not the car. I like the front and rear end but that side profile screams VW bug to me. I can't get over how much the side profile looks like a VW bug. Not for me. Not for me at all. I'm sticking with the BMW M2 which by no means is beautiful but it has a nicer profile for sure. Also, the Jag XE. Nice looking car.

Drove an RS3 for a month(loaner)
The car warped its own brakes. The thing is constantly nipping the brakes to simulate torque vectoring so it puts massive strains on the discs.
After 2, 000 klms, the front discs were shot.

I'm just heavily impressed about its weight. Under 1500kg is really good nowadays. I'm a big BMW fan but this TT really makes me struggle. Although I'm sure the M2Comp can keep up.

If I am talking modern interiors, this car is THE best. simple, functional, smart, yet still minimalistic. Audi, if I'd have the money one day, it'd be a no brainer.

Be aware of second-hand car sellers. There are too many scammers and cheaters who sell their cars at a good price which is not worthy of those car conditions.

this is the best review
Takes everything into account
ANd.
Doesnt waste time with useless intros like everyother person on the internet.

It is not an alternative to the Cayman at all. The proportions of this are squat looking while the Cayman looks perfect. It is a huge compromise.
