On page 307 of the 2021 C-300 Owner-s Manual, it states: -
To avoid damage to your vehicle when using a car wash, ensure the following beforehand: -
--Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC is deactivated. -
--The HOLD function is switched off. -
--The surround view camera or the rear view camera is switched off. -
--The side windows and sliding sunroof are completely closed. -
--The blower for the ventilation/heating is switched off. -
--The windshield wiper switch is in position O. -
--The SmartKey is at a minimum distance of 10 ft (3 m) away from the vehicle. Otherwise the trunk lid could open unintentionally. -
I am concerned about the SmartKey distance recommendation of 10 feet away from the vehicle. Usually the SmartKey is in the driver-s pocket while sitting in the car as it goes through the car wash. -
Is this a major concern?

From someone who owns one of these, the infotainment system is annoying. It really struggles to understand you. The AI is bonkers. It's supposed to learn where you want to go and automatically set the sat nav. However, when I've just set off from my house it always seems to think I want to immediately return home. The car hates potholes and speed bumps. Every speed bump more or less scrapes the bottom of the car. The interior looks amazing, but the shiny plastic gathers dust so easily, even after having the car detailed after about an hour the dust is showing, the same goes for the screens.

After taking a long hard look at this dash I have realised that it's actually rather lacking in imagination. Those vents that you love are rather too 'in your face' and are no substitute for some genuine design flair. Also the display screen is rather ugly. I currently drive a 2017 'A' class, changing in August. I asked myself if I wanted to be looking at this dash for the next 4 years and the answer was a resounding 'NO'. Not quite -The Emperor's new Clothes- but nearly.

I used to love mercedes (drove a c class sportcoupe back in 2005-ish) but I really don't care for the new interior. I miss the analogue speedometer and the older design of the steering wheels. Cant say I dig the front either, especially the headlights, they feel small? Maybe its just me being a bit of stuck back in the old style of interiors, or do other people feel the same way? The tech is very impressive though!

I just bought this car with the rare spec A180d Sport Premium Auto 2018 plate but 3 days away from 2019 so it's technically 2019 model. It's beyond amazing. I have dual 10. 25- screens. Full 64 colour RGB and fake but lovely carbon fiber. It's awesome. And people give me nice looks cause its a beautiful high tech car.
I'm 20, bought it with cash upfront. Wise purchase for 19. 5K.
It cost like 33K when new.

The old a class had body lines that tried to make the car look more sporty than it actually is.
And the front bumper looked narrow and kind off squished down compared to the rest of the car.
The bumper is also kinda boxy.
The new a class has way better body lines and the bumper looks like it should.
The lack of experience with -small, cheap, sporty- cars really showed with old a class.

Success is dependent on the action or steps you take to achieve it. Show me a man who doesn't have an investment and I will tell you how soon he'll go broke. Investment is building a safe haven for the future: with the right choice of investment that has at least 1% minimum risk and with an Expert guidance, profit and interest should be 100% guaranteed.

Merc. Made A BIG MISTAKE because that market that they captured with the compact OLD A CLASS has been lost with this new shape & price - - this ACLASS is for the young guys who don't really buy the A CLASS! - ALL the ladies that loved the old ACLASS!

Too much automatic, where's the manual transmissions? No matter how much money I had I'd never choose automatic in a gas or diesel. It's no fun, super boring way to drive that would send me straight to sleep. Keep manual transmissions alive!
