Wow, this is what the 7 series looked like before the grille went bat$#! T crazy! Not bad. But I kinda see the later models of the 7 series (particularly the M760i) looks bigger and more stately (past the grille. Still this is a V12 BMW M760 and after 3 years of depreciation, it becomes affordable! ;)

Love BMW. But, something that BMW and other luxury makes do that I don't like is remind you of what you SHOULD have bought if you don't opt for the top-of-the-line model. They'll leave blank spaces and fillers where the -you-should-have-purchased-this- option would be.

I've got an E38 740i and a 740iL, love them both. I've also got an F02 750Li, love that too.
This though. What I would do to own an M760Li. - By the time I can afford it it'll have been replaced by a superior model like all my other cars.

I wonder why BMW pretended that this car wasn't an M7?
For a brief period, it was the fastest BMW ever and even now, I think it has only been usurped by the M5 and M8 Competition models.
Sounds very much like a proper M car to me.

They didn't keep this design language for long did they? Like, I think this 7-series came out in 2016 and earlier this year, the new one came out. So it's been just 2. 5 years compared to the usual 6 - 8 years for most car models.

Water test on the engine reminded me of the Lexus LS400 from the early 1990s. The V8 was so smooth you could rest a cup of water on the engine, rev it and you wouldn't even see a ripple on the surface.

I would rather have the M5, faster, same tech, and better front seats. No one cares about the rear seat if you are gonna drive it! And of course faster, and way more fun.

When Mat reved the engine the bottle could have dropped inside the engine and could have got stuck with in those fan or fan belts and damaged the engine. Just saying. --.
