this is perfect! just what I've been looking for. i traded my audi tt-s for a golf R to get more practicality. while fast, the golf r still wasn't as usable. driving it in the country to the slopes, camping. it was okay, didn't have the utility. i traded it for a Tiguan which was great for all the trips, but lacked sportiness. upgraded the turbo, tuned it, gave it a small tiny suspension drop to help with body roll. its a fun Tiguan but still not sporty mainly because it has a conventional automatic, not dsg.
This SQ2 is exactly what ive been looking for. more space, practicality, comfort, sportier, and not big like the q5.

Hi guys, could you help me clarify one thing? I've recently read that in all new cars the exhaust pipes HAVE TO (because some of the regulation) be oval and pointed down, and that's why we have this fake exhaust fest. on the other side, some people insist that this is only a way to avoid unnecessary costs because of parking accidents when small bump doesn't mess the entire exhaust system and/or you dont have to care how to isolate your lovely plastic bumper from your really hot pipe. What's your opinion?

Why does Audi feel the need to make an -S- version of every one of its models?
The Q2 just doesn-t need this version IMO.

Why even make the Q2 in the first place?
I wouldn-t be surprised if they make a model that fits in between this and the A3 next-

Most hot hatches? That-s getting close to a Mustang GT in 0-60 times. Most hot hatches I-ve seen hit 0-100kph in at most 5. 2 seconds or so. This has got to be considerably heavier and is a second quicker? Maybe Audi is understating power figures again lol

0-100 4, 2s? It is hard to believe, that just 300hp car can accelerate so fast. If S model is already so fast, what RS will be? Also, I do not believe, this one have quattro, but probably it have haldex, which is not as good as real quattro.

First the rsq3, then cupra ateca, now the sq2. Please someone stop this nonsense. Sport suv's are not sport cars by any means. Why buy an rsq3, cupra ateca or sq2 when you can choose rs3, leon cupra 4drive or golf r? It's just ridiculous.

Bit of a lame car, an S3 has the same powertrain and in Sportback form it's just as practical. But because it's lower and lighter its faster, more fuel efficient and, most likely, better to drive. Than this SQ2

Looking at the SQ2 with the new Audi lineup (A1, A6, Q3) makes the Q2 just look ancient. It doesn't fit at all. Very outdated design language and just zero sportiness. This car needs a facelift asap

I'm feeling like an old guy, the Ferrari 360 was doing 0-100km/h in 4. 3 seconds in 1999 and here is a 2019 soccer mom's SUV doing 0-100km/h in 4. 2 seconds and it is told like it's pretty okay.
