Please, the elephant in the room: RR reliability! Every other customer complains about gremlins, shit breaking. How many professional reviews have I seen where the -new- tech has glitches. I-ve driven/tested them all, own a GLC 43 and V90 T6; the Q8 drives extremely well, has way more room than expected, and the new tech works great (even if I prefer more tactile redundant switchgear. Audi has also gotten their reliability act together over the last few years.

Just changed my RRS for a Q8. Both great cars and I loved my Rangie but there were three things that decided my choice. Firstly the RR tech is practically obsolete and if you buy a Sport today, it doesn-t even come with their latest Privy Pro system. Secondly, fit and finish, the Q8 is just better and thirdly, drivability, the Q8 is a lot sharper. Would I have another RRS? For sure but only when they-ve caught up.

Iv recently got a Audi Q7 and can-t complain at all tech and features in it blows me away. But I actually wanted a Range Rover but when it came to comparing em side by side it was the boot size in the Range Rover for me my kids pram filled the boot. Sure the Q8 is the better car but the range rovers just a classic beast!

You were not fair to the Range at all! It-s a much higher positioned vehicle man, of course it would lean a bit around corners at higher speed, they cannot sacrifice the entire shape and design of the car! Instead it-s the best off-roader- take that Audi off road and you-d see how - practical- it would be! :)

I wouldn't take that Range Rover if somebody gave it to me. They come out last in any customer satisfaction polling. These things break down more frequently than a 1970s Buicks. I know, I know. Audi isn't much better but better it is.

I bet Land Rover wasn-t even eight wasn-t able to fit Bethany Road functions into the range rover because of all the off-road functions just take up too much road so Land Rover didn-t have enough space to put that function

This chap misses the point yet again when testing luxury SUVs. People don't make buying decisions based on which is the best handling. The badge is everything at this end of the market.

I-ve decided to go for Q8 because Land Rover is not reliable at all.
Been there, done that.
Losing huge amount on second hand market and started looking dated already.

both cars are dinosaurs and extinction unavoidable, but at least both are good Dino's though. let's see how the future climate friendly versions of RR and Audi SUV'S look like?

I've got the range rover and believe me, its just design. It sucks when I go to the farm. I. Also got an x5 and in mud its way better. The land rover struggles a lot
