Sorry guys, I've been drive many times against tts, ttrs, s3 and rs3 with my rs4 b7 sedan from 2008 (same engine r8). I've never lost, it was often close against RS but not lost, the v8 must shiftet at 8000rpm, cause most hp is in upper rpm. To shift at 6500 rpm is like race with 340 hp. Sorry but this race was nonsense with the driver from r8. You got a nother clip where a rs4 b7 wins against a m3 competition! Is the tts with roundabout 300hp quicker as them too?

I haven't watched the video yet but here's what I can tell you. if I was stepping out the house in the morning and I had to choose which car I wanted to see the morning sunlight bouncing off of.
. Which car would immediately have me grinning like an absolute idiot laying eyes on it.
. I can tell you without a doubt. I would take the R8.

I got a joke. How do you keep an Audi fan boy happy in one of these races?
Race it against another Audi. - Just make sure you can achieve the time stated on the 0-60 sheet. They think it must do it everytime without fail or they will cry -

A simple remap and the R8 is history where as the NA 4. 2 does sound nice but very little can be done without major engineering works.
But granted I would still go for the R8 but the coupe TTs is a baby R8.
I have the diesel coupe in red and can keep up and out handle many major names on the road.

I-m not an extreme car guy, but I still like cars, but I just don-t see all the coolness around manual shifters, I mean with phones stuff gets easier over the years, so why does everyone still want the hard way? Manual shifters for me are just annoying to use in my opinion, but if it works, it works

It's crazy how fast cars are getting. I'm still stuck in the early 2000's of fast lol. I tried to race a r8 with my ls1 but he didn't want any. He let me up like a 1/4 mile and then came after me full speed. I was like damn that's quick hehe. There are levels to everything.

My 2008 audi s4 smashed my friends audi tt rs off a roll from 0 we are very close until about 80 and then instant to pull up almost a car length but off a roll like I said I always win, how does this r8 with more hp from the 4. 2l v8 than mine loses to the same car?

The person driving the r8 in the first race was not driving it properly. To be honest I wouldn-t have any, I would have a Ford Sierra RS Cosworth 2wd and just put a bit more horse power under the hood. A complete better animal

I'd like to see re takes done on some of the drag races because one missed shift in a manual transmission could be the end of any race. Everyone knows modern automatics are way more faster and accurate in shifting.
