From what I realized, in the drag race the Volvo was not in Polestar mode but in the Hybrid, which is not the fastest! In resumption tests, when Polestar mode was activated, the regenerative brake was also applied, which drastically reduces performance for obvious reasons - the car is braking! ; both errors can be seen on the panel, where you read 'Hybrid', during the Drag Race and you see the letter 'B' for brake (regenerative) in the second test of resumption, so the Volvo did even worse! The presenter was not familiar enough with the Volvo!

Volvo drives like a cheap japanese car on US pavements BMW, Audi and Mercedes all ride much better. They need to soften the suspension at this price level because their elegant look and interior doesn't match the luxury quiet ride that mosy people would look for in this segment.

In the second test i finnished first, because u were the one who was counting thus pushing pedal a little bit sooner than everybody else and because of that gaining advantage. For more more accuaracy i sugest using synchronized wristwatches and push pedals and the same second

So we now know he doesn-t pick the fastest car, he just cheats the results to win, -yeh so the bmw won but I was ahead for a bit so I-ll take that one- like wth is that, may as well say usain bolt never won any of his races because there were other people running too

It-s annoying that Matt didn-t set the Volvo up properly. Polestar Drive mode, traction control off. That Volvo is quick despite it-s heft. Also, the only true opposite number for the Volvo P- is the Audi Q5 e, as the BMW doesn-t have a hybrid power train.

my daily is this X3 I love the beast, having had all sorts of cars over the years- I test drove this in September 2018 it's an amazing creation! get to swap the PCP in April, just buy the same again but 2/3 years newer! it's a great tourer too

The fact that the xc60 isn't only turbocharged, it's actually -twincharged- which means the fact that it had a turbocharger AND a supercharger combined, and u can actually hear the whine of that supercharger if you hit the gas at slow speed.

Fuel economy is everything! Hello! We have major energy and pollution problems. Volvo. I test-drove the m40i and it is fun (and hunky-clunky compared to the other 2) but about 19 mpg. Volvo has speed control for safety! You must disable!

Just got the BMW X3 M40i and it is absolutely SPECTACULAR! It's like driving a sports car, but it's an SUV. Not to mention that it is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. It beats these overpriced electric vehicles in every way.

Second -race-. THE BMW would have been in a highish gear and had to change down whereas the Volvo with its electric motor would have torque from GO.
Its pointless anyway cos that is not how we use our cars
