If you need to know how fast a car launches or stops come to car wow. For everything else. Well, anywhere else. Does not say a word about how hot the car gets inside. Or how noisy or not it is. Oh wait. Let-s drift like nobody actually does in real life. Or let-s get into the boot or back seat. Pointless actually. We want to know about real in depth long term. Can I take it on a long trip and still save my lower back. Does the Aircon work well. How bright are the headlights. Depreciation maybe. And in the end what would you buy as a second choice.

reason why the gtr is hovering around 600 hp is for reliability. yeah the mclaren has 800 or the porsche has over 700 but they aren't reliable and always break down when they are beaten on and driven hard for extended periods of time. the gtr can take the beating all day long deliver great performance and still drive it home afterwards. you beat on a mclaren for an extended periods of time the car will shut down and put itself into limp mode for hours before you can resume normal driving.

The standard GT-R is insane enough, but when Nismo comes around, you know the GT-R is taken to the next level- I'd still get the standard GT-R so that my chiropractor doesn't have to treat me too frequently: D Now as much as I love the GT-R, it definitely is dated in the inside, especially that Nissan infotainment that they've been using for who knows how long. The rest of the interior is actually pretty nice.

Hey guys, maybe you could help with a quandary?
I heard yesterday that there's a new skyline in the works (R36) & apparently they are skipping the electrification era & going to a methane era instead. which sounded silly. I asked how we would fuel such a vehicle & thus a faint voice coming from the middle distance replied. through the seat of your pants, it harvests your farts.
Surely this is true, yes?

Great review! And yeah, this thing is way overpriced. But the performance is great for a 14 year old car. 7: 03 lap around that kick ass race track (according to Nissan) is great. Because it's faster than the AMG GT R Pro!
I think you should turn off the ESC to get something around 2. 5 seconds, you can see the ESC coming in when it's changes to the 2nd gear.

My 2009 gets low 10's in the 1/4. 750 WHP on 93 and 800+ WHP on E85. 2015 motor, transmission, lights, and front bumper. It's a bit lower, 0. 75-, so is a bit harsh even in comfort mode. But corners like crazy on it's 285 front / 345 rear Pilot Sport 4S's. Greddy Ti midpipe and exhaust. Sounds so sweet. It's a raw brute. Godzilla

Review summary: $60k in cosmetics, the same old capable engine/trany that is now getting beat by the likes of M8/M5/ and M4. Sorry, time for Nissan to upgrade this old cow that's been milked to death and is now on life support thanks to their loyal fans that get a hard on just because of the sound and looks of it.

The Nismo is awesome but it-s bat shit crazy overpriced compared to the -base model-.
It-s so stiff that only a 19 year old on meth could tolerate the Nismo as a daily driver.

What's the justification in cost for one of these, which are super dated inside and largely unchanged for 15+ years at $35-40k more than a BMW M4 Competition Xdrive?

Did you ever mention how hot the car gets inside. As good as it is. As a daily in a hot climate I-m told the heat inside is unbearable. Why not mention it.
