Matt, though the 10 speed has more gears, I believe the starting and final ratio are the same, just with more ratios in between, so there are no lower ratio gears for off roading. Besides, both the Lexus and Land Cruiser have low range, so there would be no reason to have a lower ratio starting gear in high range other that being quicker off the line and needing to change sooner.
I like the updated interior and drivetrain, but many of the features you mentioned are present in the old LX570. Things like adaptive cruise control, AHC/ride height control, drive modes, crawl control, limited slip diff and so on.
I personally prefer the 200 series / LX570 rear end with the split boot without the seats going into the floor. The old style has 1100mm of loading height compared to 950mm on the new one and the 3rd row seats on the old one can be easily removed without impacting the flat floor.

the LC300 looks better, inside and out. The old LX interior was much nicer. BTW, the analog watch in the previous LX had GPS auto adjustment - kind of reminds you of the Seiko Astron?
the new LX doesn't scream -oligarh-, it screams -i'm vegan-. but don't worry, the next 17 years will see enough facelifts to please everyone.

I thought the Rolls Royce Cullinan was an ugly car.
But this Lexus from the front takes the biscuit. Totally messed up the styling on this one for sure.
I'm trying to think who would walk into the dealership and say to themselves that's a beautiful motor I must buy one now.

I wish they made it bit longer to truly accommodate adults in the 3rd row, Hopefully third row seats fold flat. Also they should have added a panoramic roof. Also i think the new 2024 Infiniti QX80 will give this Lexus a true run for the money. Both will be truly reliable though

The title is an insult to lexus, the Lexus is the best cars made, hold value especially the LX and the RR is just an overpriced paper weight you can't drive and values falls faster than a fat chick in a balance beam.

That is one ugly mother. Certainly doesn't look cutting edge - more akin to an 80's vacuum cleaner from the front I'd say. I'd fire their entire design team and hire some folks who know how to design cars.
