This is such a perfect example of why America is free and Europe is cucked. You literally don't understand that if we WANT to live dangerously WE CAN without the government forcing us or more importantly punishing us for choosing to do something that is dangerous to ourselves. Is it possible for a manufacturer to skip the test where the dummy doesn't wear a seatbelt with the drawback that they can't sell the car in those states?
If I were them and if I had that option, then I'd skip the test. After all, safety is the most important thing. Especially in a car this fast.

Every state in the United States you have to wear a seat belt I believe since 2000 or maybe it was like 1999 sometime around that time anyway -! But I know in Texas you can drive a car without a windshield and doors, they're crazy like that down there
