Marty: The Honda's going to basically go down the track in a fireball 'cause it's crap, really, y'know, the good thing about an MX-5 is (couldn't understand his first point, you can turbocharge it, you can hang out with Turbo Yoda and your mates, if you've got an S2000 you can't hang out with anyone 'cause no one really cares, I mean, y'know, it's boring, if you're in VTEC you're speeding, you're basically speeding if you're in VTEC in the street, unless you're on a track or on the motorway, and on the motorway you're just embarrassed, so, pretty much, yeah.
MOOG: We're going to be smashing the MX-5 with the Honda S2000 because it is a faster car, it is a better car, it's better-engineered, everybody knows that if you want a proper sports car, a proper coupe, a Japanese one, is that you get a Honda, it's nicer when you're actually in there and it responds to mods better, you don't have to turbocharge it to actually go better, people who drive Hondas know that they're awesome, you've got VTEC, okay? VTEC means you're going faster than an MX-5 can ever go, you've gotta spend so much money to go faster, I haven't had to spend anything and I still beat him at the track last time.

just watching this video now and something caught my attention. Arent those struts or gas springs filled with gas? if Im not mistaken I think I have seen some of those with a flamable warning on them. If they are on the inside of the hood. Arent they getting hot. like. very hot with the engine running and all that? isnt it dangerous? I may be mistaken?

The grease is for the ball joints, not the threats my God. there is no normal situation where you would ever, ever put grease on a bolt thread. anti seize or threadlocker is the only things you want contaminating your thread depending on use.

i want to know how tall you are to fit in one. i have a co worker with an s2000 and he has to pop the top so i can climb out. i cant even drive it. my legs hit the steering wheel and the dash lol

LOL I have these things stock in my Land Rover, but because british cars are utter shit I still need to put a two by four under the bonnet when it's open

MFW the grease wasn't for the threads. it was for the little ball at the top of the bolt where the strut clamps to. l0l its probably worn to shit now
