We start Part 2 off with an impressive -Victory Parade- made of WW2 military vehicles of every shape and size followed by a -Track Parade- sporting racing cars in memory of Sir Stirling Moss. Next we watch my favourite race of the day, the -RAC TT Celebration-, after which we leave the track-side to wander around the display of military vehicles and take a closer look at the awesome cars that had either, or were about to compete in the days racing. We make our way back to the track-side to watch the last race of the day - the -Freddie March Memorial Trophy-, before leaving we take a look at the small, but interesting display of historic aircraft. One thing that did disappoint me about the day was that I-d treated myself to a wandering grandstand ticket, -100 more than an admission ticket only to be refused entry to every grandstand I tried to enter, although the racing was good, I-ll remember the day for the -100 I-d wasted. Race results: RAC TT Celebration 1st - Oliver Bryant and Darren Turner - AC Cobra 2nd - Emanuele Pirro and Frederic Wakeman - Lister-Jaguar Coupe 3rd - Shaun Lynn and Andy Priaulx - AC Cobra Le Mans Coupe Freddie March Memorial Trophy 1st - David Hart - Maserati 300S 2nd - Steve Brooks - Jaguar D-Type 3rd - Martin Hunt - HWM-Jaguar Music/Sound effects - Track - Composer - Source 43: 16 - ES_Parade Crowd Walla - SFX Producer - epidemicsound. com 44: 18 - ES_Hot Stuff Goin' On - The Best Of's - epidemicsound. com Robert: A great days racing thanks tim, nice still of spitfire & the hawker hurricane, if i were you i would have said give me my bloody 100 quid back cheer, s back.

Tim, thank you for publishing your record of this event. Multiplicity of machinery, styles and commitment.
I wonder how long it will be until the act of burning fuel, in the pursuit of pleasure speed or thrills, becomes the focus of social exclusion or invective from the eco-warriors or 'social network' vigilantes? Hopefully never.

Hi Tim, Love the restored motor cars and trucks. Great racing. Let the eco journalists ban leaf blowers and lan mowers that really pollute. Cheers, Ted

Wow! It really makes me want to rush down to the local snore-dealership, and spend. 99/month on a depreciating box! NOT REALLY! I want a light-weight!
