With the effects of the pandemic receding we can look forward to foreign travel once more, this trip took place at the end of 2019, it was one of those -too good to miss it offers- aimed at filling the last few seats on an all-inclusive break to Marrakesh (Morocco. The hotel was awesome and the city-s markets were everything my wife had hoped they-d be. After a few days enjoying the hotel facilities, we looked at some of the tours on offer, the snow-capped Atlas Mountains were clearly visible from the city, so we booked a couple of tours into the mountains and another to the nearby Jardin Majorelle created by Jaques Majorelle. In 1980 the Gardens were acquired by Pierre Berge and Yves Saint Laurent, saving them from real estate developers. Pierre Berge donated the gardens to the Foundation Pierre Berge - Yves Saint Laurent after Yves passed away in 2008.
In this video we look around the city, before visiting the gardens, after which we venture into Mountains to see the Ouzoud Falls and the incredible Imi Ifri (Natural Bridge. Finally we take a quick look at Telouet Kasbah and A-t Benhaddou, the links to the full version videos are available here
