Thanks for the video. I know what to expect. Because of you I upgraded first class seats for myself, wife and kid for our vacation later this summer. Wife doesn't do to well in anything that moves, hopefully she'll be more comfortable. It's good to show my daughter it's good to spoil yourself once in a while.

I don mind boarding gates. But they should at least have one staff at each set of gates in major stations to guide passengers to use it. And make it standard across the system and let people get used to it.

Thanks for posting this route review - eventually, I want to go to France and visit the St. Mihiel American Cemetery near Metz, and I look forward to riding the TGV to get there!

Saw that train yesterday in Stuttgart on the platform my train should be. Mine was canceled and had to wait 2h. Wanted to get on board: /

Sad they can not ride in Belgium, they would put on the TGV lines to the south of France. But I will get a ride with one anyway.
