7: 45 is it legal to smoke in doors in france? In the uk in a train station or airport it is ilegal to smoke as it classed as indoors, even if it is open to the elements you still can-t smoke. Some people still do it though. Being British though everyone just gives the person smoking a stern look and shake their heads and mumble under their breath until hopefully the smoker get the hint and stops.

It never ceases to amaze me how passengers crowd the doors to board and making it difficult for those to get off the train. Common sense (obviously lacking) would tell one to step aside so those getting off can do so safely and quickly. -

I want to add something about the seats. You can change the position of the seat and the headrest.
The handle to incline the seat is under the seat, and concerning the headrest, you have to pull on one side the wide one.

I enjoy your railway videos. Italy uses 3 kV DC mostly except some border railway stations, like Domodossola and Brenner which connect to Switzerland and Austria. Ventimiglia connects to France, and 25 kV AC is used.

TGV Reseau- We have similar trains here in South Korea. Feels, sounds, and even smells similar: ) felt like I'm back in my hometown in Korea when I was traveling around France by rail.

Another great video. Sad to see people with feet on seats, a dirty habit which happens a lot in the UK too. Get some new jeans yours have holes in lol. Take care and be safe.

Nice report, I really like it that you're filming with an IPhone, because the sound is very good and you don't have to change something to make it perfect: )

I always smile hearing the SNCF Jingle play, I don't know what it is but I loved hearing it when I was there but I imagine the French probably hate it haha.

4515 is not able to operate in Italy.
The Paris-Milan service is operated by sets numerbered from 4501 to 4505, and all sets are in grey/blue livery

I always like S. N. C. F. trains, I believe if T. G. V. can travel in Belgium under 3 Kv it can also travel in Italy
under 3 Kv and 25 Kv

Nice video! Is the station for both kinds of trains (TGV and RER) at the same place? Do they (RER as well as TGV) use the same platforms?
reply

Dont like tgv reseaux. Not confortable at all. Better german ice or italian italo and frecciarossa or duplex tgv

i agree, CDG terminal 1 has a very strange design, maybe it was the style during that period of time
