MENSTRUAL cups - I LOVE them! My tips cazzawee: I have a light, painless menstrual flow and I eat meats and other fatty foods, never veggies or fruit, so your way of thinking it's all that true. Everyone's body is different and claiming that if they eat healthy like you their period will be easier is a load of rubbish. Hey and about the stem thing, it's not necessary to have it at all. If your cup is inserted correctly and the seal is in place then pulling the stem will do absolutely nothing. Push down with your muscles and pinch the bottom of the cup, that's what you're supposed to do.

When I was using tampons I would sometimes run out of them and then have to like leave a full one in because I didn't have anything else to use. But with a reusable cup that never happens and it's rad. I got the Diva Cup because it's made of implant grade material which just sounds safer. I know the rubber dildos and stuff aren't good for you so why would you leave rubber in you for like hours? Eh that seems logical to me.

I doubt intake of fat has anything to do with it, it could easily be the placebo effect with you thinking that. I eat a 30-40% fat and I have medium to light flow that's painless and that's annoying because I don't know when I have it until after I have it. Also I have a really long cycle, So I doubt you're hypothesis is correct with high fat intake to cause bad periods.

This is my first month with my new menstrual cup and I am so in love! I only have to change it once a day, no one in my house even knows when I am on my period any more, and I don't have to feel a cold wet string every time I take a wee! Never going back! Thank you Freelee for spreading this awesome message! Plus I am helping the environment! :)

i use one too for over a year or something. I love the fact i don't have to buy pads or tampons. the only thing is they sometimes leak when you sit down or get squeezed but generally that happens when the cup is too full so regular emptying is important. otherwise great product so much better than tampons etc. and you safe money every month.

I have tried it but it gave me a constantly pain as my uterus was being pulled. I did not understand the reason of a such huge unusual pain until I took it out. But I know people that uses it and loves it. I want to try it again but for now I keep with the tampons, :(

What is best to use for contraception? I've watched durian riders videos on how taking the pill is like taking steroids, so I had the mirena surgically put in. A video on this subject from you could be cool? +freeleethebananagirl
