You're TOO FAT to be a fruitarian Lanna: Thank you so much for the encouragement to stick with the lifestyle during the initial healing/balancing out phase. Even though I haven't reached my ideal level of health and body weight yet, I can tell that internally things are changing/healing. Your message/videos help me to keep my faith in sticking with it! Thanks, Freelee!

A vegan diet is completely unnatural and hard to be health on, a fruit only diet is extremely bad for you. It might effect your brain, due to lack of fats in fruit and veg. The fact vegans argue dogs are omnivores not carnivores, then say our haw and teeth not being lime theirs proves we are herbivores, while not comparing our jaw/teeth to a herbivore, shows some serious delusion.
Being a vegan or fruititarian is being part of a cult, not choosing a diet based on nutrition. Look at the arguments these people make, they are the diet version of an ism or other religion.
Please, do not fall for these unbalanced extreme diets, especially when they are very much a club or cult, logic and truth go out the window here. Just eating fruit is extremely bad for you. and remember, we don; t have any examples of people living as vegans, or fruitarians for life i. e. they seem to all have started off, when they were growing, eating a balanced diet with meat and fats required for brain development. Someone who eats meat till 20, then claims their health proves people can be healthy only eating veg, is lying, to themselves as well, they were built with 20 years of eating a diet with meat.

Hello freelee Im vegan and I watched this eating an apple and a banana.
Living off just fruits I would go stir crazy.
I could probably do rt4, I do also love my veggies, and omg a life totally without chocolate?
Mind you, you can make your own avocado chocolate mousse with cacoa.
Or cacoa and coconut oil once in a while as a treat.
Chocolate as we get in the shops is pure junk, making your own is using organic ingredients would give you that treat but it would be less pure junk.
Im not a raw vegan, but I have naturally increased my veggies, fruits and all that vegan goodness.
To which I lost 43lbs.
Only the 20lbs to go yay me!
Any way after a long debate with some other vegans I decided to check your videos out.
Ive been vegan for a year and absolutely love it!
Anyhow lets see if I can add more fruits into my life, for sure fruit for breakfast,
some with veggies for lunch,
Fruit as a snack if Im peckish.
Then a lovely high carb warm dinner,
: ) I love couscous n roasted veg.
Perhaps a I'll try a few fully raw days during the week.
Anddddd so lets see what freelee has to say: )

(all of this is between 4'10-5'1) I was 160 pounds when I ate meat. Really really unhealthy meats too like ribs and burgers. When I was 13 I became a vegetarian and got down to 145. I still wasn't happy with that so I became a vegan at 14, almost 15. Months later and I'm now at 128-130, and I still want to lose 10/15 pounds or so. I'm trying to eat more raw foods and eventually go on the raw til 4 diet. Thank you for inspiring me and helping me get my weight down to something healthy: ) I'm not done yet but I'm not overweight anymore. Thank you.

I just wanted to thank you so much, I became vegan on earth day. I saw your collab with Joey and I have also contemplated the idea of becoming vegan since I've been a vegetarian for 10 years. I never really educated myself on the meat and dairy industry, I just didn't eat meat because I hated the taste. I've only been a vegan for four days, but I have to say it's the best decision I've ever made. thank you

I love what you're doing here! I love your talks, so motivational and to the point. I have been eating raw for three months and I feel incredible even though I haven't seen the results I want. You gotta work at it. Everything takes time! ;) thank you for being here and being so passionate about this, you really have no idea how many people you're helping!

I dont feel comfortable about expressing my change in diet/lifestyle because my body doesnt measure up just yet. So ima keep it on the low until the compliments roll in lol, ty freelee

Emily you CAN NOT be healthy at any size, being over or underweight can both be equally unhealthy.
I know a girl who is only 37kg.
She is literally almost knocking at deaths door.
Also you're trying to tell me morbidly obese is healthy?
Weighing 300lbs is healthy?
Sorry but LOL

Actually that kind of diet high in fruits is very unhealthy because of the high sugar levels in fruit. Even though the sugar in fruit is fructose, a better kind of sugar, it still shouldn't be eaten more than 20-25 grams per day. Eating more than that could actually lead to diabetes and pancreas cancer.
