I understand that you're trying to look out for her, I respect you for that. Honestly Jenna could eat Junk everyday and still look amazing. She's extremely genuine, and has such a kind heart. I love her personality, she's hilarious. Its not a crime to be thick either. (not talking about Jenna here) I am thick (137lbs) and I eat healthy. I'm perfectly happy with my body. some of your videos really hurt me because I feel like you'd take one look at me and instantly think I'm either disgusting or unhealthy and that's not the case. Not everyone is built like you. There's no reason to judge others for their looks.
I have IBS and I watched your vlog on that and I'm considering trying your raw vegan carb diet.
I hope I didn't rub you the wrong way, I could have taken what you've said in multiple videos the wrong way. I would really like to hear your opinion on my build and weight and some advice how to start the raw vegan carb diet(I have a low income) I have a lot of other issues besides IBS and its really a pain in the ass.
Hopefully you respond because I'm really interested. I'm healthy but I think I could do better

I don't know about you all, people but since I was 4, I never felt pleasantly eating meat, it always had some repulsive aroma and taste and my mother tried to make me eat it in every single possible form but I just don't like it, I never liked it and I almost never eat meat, I will not go to say NEVER but if I had more choice here in my city, I would. About dairy products, I have to say that every time I eat something dairy, I have a weird feeling in my gastro tract. I adore fruits, I adore veggies and herbal teas. I haven't eaten in McDo for 5 years at least and I walk pass it every day and the smell I feel just makes me gag, I want to vomit. Since I learned about the animal cruelty in the Industry, I just new that I KNOW the truth. My vegan way is slow but sure. You are so inspiring!
PS: I eat like 2 kilos of bananas every single day, I looooooooooove them!

I'm all for veganism, however, I don't think promoting veganism through body image is the right way to go about it. It's not all about aesthetics - it's about how you feel. Whilst you do reference Jenna stating how she felt better on a vegan diet, I don't feel bringing body image into it made your argument stronger - if anything it made it weaker. Jenna was once a skinny skinny model body type and since is not - which is fine! I personally like her body the way it is now (i personally think it looks healthier), and that message is just telling young girls and boys that you NEED to be skinny to be healthy. Not my favourite message.

Um from someone who put out videos calling for the death of all meat eaters, that they should be forced to be vegan, that they shouldn't be allowed to procreate because they eat meat, I don't think you have any right to talk about anything that anyone said to you with that look on your face like you're shocked. Please. Newsflash: We are omnivores. Ask any scientist or biologist. I think they know more than you. Meat eaters live longer and healhier lives than vegans on average - studies have proven this - so guess your lifestyle isn't all you make it out to be.

the video that was referenced in this video appeals only to physiology. humans are quite unique behaviorally. For millions of years humans and other hominid species now extinct have been behavioral omnivores, which aided us in being more opportunists (eating meat when available, eating nuts and what ever else when they were in season. Our bodies are physically herbivores but we naturally also eat lots of meat. We as humans kind of break all laws of nature so you have to be very careful comparing us to other organisms

3: 28 Chimps are actually classified as omnivores and do eat meat. Chimps are our closest DNA relative so I guess you can make a comparison to what we naturally eat. But that cartoon video makes no sense because we did eat meat in our caveman days and would have died without meat because we didn't know any crop based farming or were always close to adequate fruit and grain sources of food. It is because of meat our ancestors ate that we are alive today so fruit off please.

Great video, in theory though, if all people were 100% healthy, that could be the ideal lifestyle. Unfortunately there are people with diabetes one, acid reflux, irritable bowel syndrome, thyroid, certain metabolic disorders, anemias, fructose intolerance, lack of B12/calcium, that if they followed that lifestyle, it could have very bad consequences on their health. So I will keep the bigger pic it promotes, that for me is less fat, salt, sugar, and processed food.

Got to say some of these comments make me laugh. To start with anyone that says vegans throw their opinions onto people! I think youll find it the other way round, the amount of times you see KFC or Mcdonalds on TV is unreal. I come from a forces back ground were we constantly use to eat meat and its no wonder most lads eat crap because their cravings are so high. I really enjoy the videos and believe some of the responses are appalling. keep up the videos.

No, we aren't. At least definitely not at the amount humans usually eat meat. It's extremely difficult these days to get enough protein, and protein building blocks without eating meat with the Earth's current population. We created a situation where we can't even eat enough of the food we are naturally supposed to eat. (Technology, and overproducing) Therefore. Wanting a huge family might be kind of selfish now.
