My family is friends with another family that is completely vegan, and they once made us carob chocolate. It was really good but they used coconut oil in it, which I recently found out I'm allergic to.

I have been vegetarian scince the start of this year, I found it so easy to switch my diet, I don't miss meat at all! I'm thinking of going vegan although my parents won't allow it, my diet is mainly plant based and I'm always full and satisfide, also I do alot of sports and I have alot of energy. I don't have any dairy and I try to aviod eggs, you have really helped me so change my diet and my life, so so thankful, keep up the good work freelee! x

i want to become vegetarian (or maybe even vegan) but the problem is that i live with my parents since i am teen and i dont want to inconvenience my family, specifically my mom, with a shift in my diet. the rest of my family eats a lot of meat and a lot of cheese. and i dont want to force my family to go out of the way when it comes to meal planning for my sake.

You really should not put other people down she is trying to be vegan and you are not helping her by talking bad about her and posting it on youtube where thousands of people can see. She may not be doing it correctly according to you but she is trying but that is all that counts and you have no say of what she does or does not do.

Ive watched a few Anti vegan videos, and they have said for the first few years they felt great but then got really ill and aged very quickly, Im curious about the polarity of both sides, I do believe what is right for the Individual am interested in hearing some information regarding this x

I absolutely love Freelee and I also like Ellie Goulding. one thing I found funny though (not sure if anyone else noticed, when Ellie says Veganism is not hard, it's fun = as her own personal chef is cutting celery to make a juice for her: P Just thought that part was a bit silly.

I'm trying to not be vain, but I really want to look like you. I've been vegan for a month lost weight but now I've gained it back in full force, 5 pounds in two weeks. I hope that this is the healing phase as in the past I have done a lost of metabolic damage.

I feel like freelee was so much more kind, understanding and logical in these videos she made a while back, I love her but I feel that people don't take her as seriously currently because some of her comments are borderline bullying

I have thought about going vegan but I find it really hard. I want to for health reasons and for personal. I also find it hard because I'm Mexican and meat is a staple in my everyday life.
