I personally can not go vegan I hate animal cruelty and abuse but I am forced to eat meat. I am very lean and burn off many calories doing sports I do not get enough energy or calories from the small amount of carbohydrates that I eat per day I constantly keep trying to bump it up but I'm a very picky eater! Any suggestions for trying to stay away from animal products but still get the energy I need?

Freelee I'm 11 and I first saw one of your videos when I was 9 and I've been vegetarian ever since (3 years) I would love to go vegan sooooo much but I'm not allowed because my family say I won't grow and It is to hard to cook for is this true? Xoxo

So my mom has gallbladder issues and she recently had a gallbladder attack. She was NIT eating healthy at all. Arbys, Chips, McDonalds, Combos. she has to get her gallbladder out soon. Would a vegan life style be the best plan for her?
