i love both freelee and alisha, but i am healthy and non- vegan. i wish she would stop saying its the only long term way to be healthy. i have been healthy(im acually super athletic working out like 12 hours a week) for 13 years.

For someone twice as old as Alisha why are you being immature and hating on her? never heard of half the stuff you're saying, especially cutting meat out? Im vegetarian but you dont need to be to lose weight

Like not all meat eaters eat Maccas. Maccas is far more unhealthy than normal foods bought from stores.
