Yes, the majority of the people are of Tibetan ethnicity and the reason is these are descendents of Tibetan refugees who escaped Chinese massacre of 1950.

At 12: 02 on the video I saw what looked like brown lentils with tomato, garlic, and turmeric was in it I could see the color, maybe some ginger, and of course sea salt, but could you tell what else, you were eating it, what else do you think was in it? I'd love to know.
