A great series but no knowledge of the building code. Raw lumber should not be in contact with/in the earth but instead a minimum of 6 inches above with an ample footing to support the load. I'm now having to redo footing and piers with diagonal supports to sustain the load and horizontal collapse of structures of someone who did not know what the frig they were doing!

Love your videos. just a thought. We can get New Age Cheesy music anywhere anytime. but would much prefer the raw and bare sounds of the woods. the wind in the trees. the natural sounds of water running in the distance. This music. naaa. not so much. it is not needed and seems like something totally on the grid.

I start watching from the beginning of your videos and this is the 2nd time I see a entity move arround you all check it out in the time 14. 05mn pay attention to a brown kind of hairy thing when Nicole is playing with the dog. that is crazy - lol i believe are entity from the forest

To reduce the mosquito annoyance, eliminate any chance of open water collecting near you. If the terrain doesn-t allow for trenches to lead the water away, lead it to a basin and put some carps in it. They-ll eat every single mosquito larva before they can take to the air-

My concern is when you leave for your other property the wildlife (bears) will CLAIM your property. When you return it will be as if YOU are encroaching on THEIR property. If you were in this property year round it would be different.

What laundry soap is used? I have been trying to find as natural as I can get with dish/laundry soap. I used a coconut based soap in shower but I dont know what kinda soap thats the most natural can be used for laundry n dishes?

Maybe you could run a wire around the site at a distance of 3-4 yards and have it connected to some cowbells hanging up high on some tree-branches. I don-t know if it will deter the bears, but I would give an early warning-

Stunning videos and inspiring work ethic! What's the -defense- for an aggressive bear? Are bear horns or sprays effective. Have never seen a rifle anywhere, just as insurance for an unexpected close encounter.

If you ever get between a mother Bear and her cubs that blue horn will do nothing to stop her. I would at the least carry a side arm if not a rifle of some kind.

Bears very smart and nothing real lay stop them! It-s good not to be so confident like the grizzly man! Wild life is nice but very dangerous at the same time
