ALONE & LIVING OFF GRID - FOREST YURT & KALE CHIPS - Ep. 69 MJorgy5: Hey Jake, I'm inspired by your lumberjack skills. Would you mind sharing info about your arsenal of chainsaws? I currently have a new model top-handle Echo for pruning and limbing, Stihl MS180c as an all-arounder and an old Toro power pruner for the hard to reach stuff. I'm looking to expand my fleet to one or two more saws. One would be a slightly larger saw for bucking and felling. The other would be for milling with a Granberg or Logosol chainsaw mill. Would this be achievable with one saw, or is it better to have one for each use? Can you share any insight for those tasks? Thanks in advance!

jake hesitated with the chainsaw first, cutting where he tied the rope, turned the chainsaw to the side of his arm, then he accelerated the machine with the lock engaged, which destroyed his function of braking the chain in the event of an accident and it was visible that he was in need of sharpening because it cut little in these isolated places an accident of this magnitude means a very high risk of death and I need to be careful when handling any piercing machine or utensil and sharp materials, more erroneous and human

I don-t even read the comments anymore. Some of you people are sick talking about dying and going to hell. That passive aggressive comments - if you don-t like the thumbnails then just leave why even comment - I swear just watch the video or leave keep it moving people are so judgmental and always have something to say. #onmylastnerves I-m so happy that they don-t give a damn about what you have to say and keep doing them. Some of you should try it.

I couldn't clearly tell if the local with knot tying experience said that the knot was a bow line. I learned to do it one handed on a smaller rope but it looked like it from what I could tell. That's a super useful knot to learn. If you can learn to tie it one handed even better; since it doesn't slip, it can be used as a rescue knot.

here is a couple that leads two lives, first an off the grid couple that lives off the land, shows great videos. then we have the second couple who earns the money doing videos that are made for over 18 viewers. i tip my hat to them both, they have my vote.

They're living how they want to live, but it's really a selfish kind of life because they're not contributing anything
to society by not working and presumably not paying any taxes either. Also they are not helping anyone.

Be careful With the chainsaw. I use chainsaw protector pants And a helmet with a screen and earmuffs. Logging is one of the most dangerous occupations. I know many that have quit after many close calls. From a tree farmer.

I know you want to have more views but to set your video thumbnail (on most of your videos) with your wife back it's embarrassing. And repetitive! You should set up a profile on p. hub, will have more sense.
