One and DONE. I relate with this video so much. I waited to have my daughter until I was 28. I wanted that time to be selfish, do what I want when I want, and not be responsible for another human being yet. So glad I did. Im now 3 years postpartum. She was a 9lb baby born at 42 weeks via emergency c-section after 12 hours of labor. I gained 70 pounds, suffered from PUPPP, extreme heartburn and worked 12-15 hour days 6-7 days a week before I had her. I went back to working out 2. 5 weeks after giving birth (dont do that) and tore a stitch in my scar. I had postpartum depression and struggled to bond with her because of how torn up my body was. Would I do it again for her? Yes. Will I have more children? No. Being a mother is hard and worth it, but it definitely changes things entirely.

I have 3 kids. I hated being pregnant every time. I love my kids, but the whole carrying a baby thing just wasnt my thing. I was sick the entire time, exhausted and just over it. The best things in my life are my 3 kids. But I definitely feel the same way about some of the things theyre talking about. I got my body back, but not sleep. My boobs are definitely not at all like they used to be. I wasnt able to nurse my babies past 8 weeks. wasnt able to pump, my body just said nope! No milk for you! Which was really frustrating and I felt like less of a mother sometimes because i wasnt able to feed my kids. Its depressing. But, theyre the best things that have ever happened and I would do it again and again.

I had my son at 16 years old. It was the most hard thing I had ever done. Everything from the pregnancy to him being born it was traumatizing plus my body was destroyed. I consider my self a good mom. I took full responsibility of my son and his needs and even though I love him very much I always felt just like these ladies do. Im 36 years old now. I came to the conclusion that I love my self so much that I will never ever put my self through that again. My labor was horrific. My son is 20 years old now and Im marry to a wonderful men father of 2 kids that validated my fears and decided to get a vasectomy.

Giving birth is one of the most painful things you can go through emotionally physically and financially. The idea that you have an entire life depending on you for at least a quarter of your life becomes another terrifying part of it. And the idea that a woman should care about herself in the slightest bit after having a child is looked at as being selfish. You start to tell yourself that the children will eventually make you happy or that there is Joy within this pain at some point. If you don't learn to be happy again you will live a painfully depressing life.

Wow, thats a really powerful documentary. If it was longer, I would watch it too without any doubt. I am a young woman doing her graduate studies and getting serious with my boyfriend, so I might go through these experiences in a couple of years too. I crave having the understanding of how life will change once a baby is born.

Thank you. I also had very mixed feelings after birth. I felt physically injured and not in control of my bodys functions. 21 years later and I am still annoyed by my c-section poof. It doesnt preoccupy me but it is an issue in certain moments.

Pregnancy is not beautiful. The only incredible thing about it is feeling your child move. Based on the few contractions Ive felt, labor and delivery is also not beautiful, but the result is worth it. Thats my view of pregnancy.

i kind of want to bear one or two children but i am purely terrified of pregnancy and giving birth, and i know that high cortisol levels in mothers (which are stres-induced) affect the unborn child. so i don't really know what to do there.

Feeling good about my body is a part of my happiness. When I'm heading towards what I envision is my optimal self im happy. It's really interesting to hear that women feel selfish for compromising that segment of happiness.

hey. that is how you became woman. if all of us became extremely narcissistic like these women. there will be no next generation. it is shame to run this kind of program. Globalist agenda.
No one really care about your body!
