When will Hollywood stop pandering to the autocratic government of China because the Chinese dictatorship only allows a few American movies per year to enter the Chinese market? And when will Hollywood stop these ridiculous false tropes about Latin America? Casting East Indian Hindus as Spaniards and Hawaiians as Castizo people. People joke about the volcanic mountains in movies that takes place in South America. Brazil is far away from the Northern Andean chain of ranges which is cold. The area is flat. It's a river basin. If you think you know the world and its History and Geopolitics because of Hollywood movies you are a fool!

No wonder the characters in this movie have no empathy thought the film, they shot this all in Hawaii, and never saw a the reality these farmers really live in. Just American tourists committing mass murder. But hey they are the heroes! This movie sucks in so many ways.

How did they get Affleck sober long enough to play this character who's obviously a far left anti-U. S. stereotype of how their soldiers behave? These movies NEVER show the the humanitarian efforts of the U. S.. which do far more good deeds than any other country.

Very well done with the building scene. I liked being able to just look around, and be in the villagers head. I got the feel they were going for there, it was great.

This is my new fav movie on netflix! So much depth and layered characters! Ben Affleck is astounding as his character! Definitely an Oscar worthy performance!
