Philip, you do have a serious problem keeping your opinion out of the news. Give me the entire news piece and then say whatever you want. I do not want to have to piece together new article facts while sorting through your opinion. It is why I do not watch Fox, CNN, MSNBC or any other television news station. I honestly believe because your employees all live in Cali you all have very similar beliefs and do not check and balance each others research. I would say branch out. Prefect example, Corona. You report on Cornoa being a horrible horrible thing. Yet there are 10s of millions of people in the US alone who do not feel that way. Yet you have not once truly reported on the other side. I watch every day. And it seems you do that with every political new story. It is your show. You can say what you want when you want, However, you will not become a trusted new source. You will become CNN. Please grow your researches a bit and make sure you have a well balanced mix of political beliefs.

Not the first time H3H3 have been accused of starting fake drama, would not surprise me if both parties are in agreement in order to sell merchandise. Many people have seen the scandal and decided to buy Teddy Fresh to support them against James Charles. Others (like myself) didn t even know James Charles was releasing clothing and this kind of publicity will help advertise his merch. Both parties are likely working together in order to promote a H3H3 vs Sisters drama knowing their fans will buy their merch in order to show support for one over the other.
Fashion is all about style and borrowing, of course they are similar because that style is in fashion, as someone who appreciates clothing design I can say they are not the same at all. Both are similar colours and were it not for the branding I d buy both items because they are not the same thing.
They both have enough money so maybe support lesser known creators and their fashion.

James Charles is ripping off Teddy Fresh and Hila should be looking into legal action against him. He clearly was lying in the DM s and was trying to argue they don t have the same demographic, which they do. I wouldn t care about the other block colour hoodies but James shouldn t sell the one that s a copy of the Teddy Fresh design. It s leaving a bad msg that it s okay to steal off other creators. Small creators get ripped off all the time. If James wants to take responsibility for this he would alter the clothing so it s more unique from the Teddy Fresh designs or Compensate Teddy Fresh for any sales of the infringing hoodie design.

There have been 29 vacancies in the supreme court during election years and the president has submitted a nomination everytime. 10 of those were when the presidency and Senate were held by different parties with only 2 of those being filled. 19 times the Senate and presidency were held by the same party with 17 being filled. 6 of the 16 presidents who submitted nominations had lost or were about to lose reelection. So there is historical precedence for what happened in 2016 and what is likely to happen in 2020. Call it hypocritical if you want, but facts are facts.

Every. Single. Time. I see James Charles. He is in the center of some sort of drama. Hitting on people, ripping off merch, whining about other people using his colors, etc. He is the definition of the world owes me when no one owes him anything. The entire reason you HAVE a brand is that it represents you. People look at that brand & their brains say James Charles. If your company rips someone off, then you have in turn okayed that by allowing the merch to still go out. I can't believe that he doesn't understand this.

Even if James' merch had the same style (different colours for the sleeves, hood and torso) why did it have to be pastel? There are a million different colours and if James REALLY wanted pastel colours, why not use different shades, or different colours altogether.
It's like me taking Phil's 'emotionally exhausted' merch and putting the logo on the back and calling it my own design.

Regarding the first story: The court of public opinion is not the way to solve disputes. This is why there is a legal system. If this was important for them they should solve this legally OR in private. Unless they know they were going to loose and are just doing this to stiffen the competition. The more they keep this up the more they are in the wrong.

I like H3H3, I think he get's way more hate than he deserves.
And I do believe James kind of ripped the design, but I kinda of don't see the point in him making all this drama if he wasn't planning on legally doing anything.
Maybe I'm just not up for drama in 2020 right now tbh.
