Your children are beautiful! Have you thought about a walker on both sides to help them maintain stability. It seems that it would make it easier for them to learn to walk, less neck, back pain and more physical support. The less chance they have of falling down, a chance to be more independent, etc. Just a thought from a medical standpoint: )

Glad they didn't push them to get the surgery, they said Katie and Eilish would both live and then Katie died. By the time they're adults they may have the technology to separate SAFELY
