I really hope to see another one when he becomes a adult maybe he will need another surgery but I think his body will be better and better he is still young so that helps much more.
Most people dont realise how much ex-obese people still struggle after losing weight, you arent magically a diffrent person but some people are towards you and with time all of it makes it change you in general.

I'd have suggested to start working out very slow, so that the excess skin could retract naturally. He anyway required 4 years to lose weight and needs another 3-4 for surgeries. I'd say 10 yrs is sufficient for the flab to go and turn into a muscle monster.

Well done him for all that hard work. Can skin ever go back naturally? I don't think iv got big enough to cause this much but I'm on a weight loss journey of my own and I'm hoping I'll go back to normal
