If anyone believes she did this in a year, they know nothing about real estate or banks. She would not be able to finance over 60 properties in a year. They simply won't allow her to do it. Notice she said she just made her million.
She's likely under someone else that has been doing it for a very long time, that she gets a commission off of the properties she designs for them.
Side note: Her mother said that she got her best grades in Business and Marketing. What high school did her daughter go to where they're teaching those courses -.
To be clear, I'm happy for her. After reading the comments, there are people here that thinks it's that simple when it's not.

Fux sake, back up & show some bikini shots. The money is the least attractive thing about her. It actually makes people less attractive, at least women - as it means they R 'materialistic' & impossible 2 satisfy, & will dump U like a pair of shoes = typical 'celebrity stepping stone' type nonsense. What is ideal is hot gals who R not seekig fame or money but like 2 get off & make babies =D With her, what is infinitely more valuable than anything she may own is whether she is smooth, or lumpy saggy 'cottage cheese' looking in a bikini, etc. Tats also ruin appearance, as do implants, etc.

This girl's story doesn't add up at all, indeed Airbnb's are a perfect way to make income but there is no mathematical way any person can reach that much money in ONE YEAR, only off selling air pods with only 70k at that. It's definitely by no means nowhere near a bad start but there's definitely information she isn't giving on how she reached that level so quickly having 60 Airbnb's in one year. Congrats on your success. Most people want her to succeed. It's only that a lot of people have gone the traditional route when acquiring real estate. It has taken more time to reap the rewards of their hard work and she has climbed the ladder of success quickly. That's all. I have questions too but that does not mean she is engaged in anything unethical.

I looked up property tax records in Fulton, Dekalb, Clayton, and Cobb counties and could not find even one property listing for Deja Bynum nor her business Top Tier Atlanta Luxury. -This whole thing is a scam. She doesn't even own one property. Somebody please check my work! -
