i find it more impressive when guys who are super obese and lose it all. we all marvel at people who are ripped and shredded and look like statues, and sure thats hard and takes a crap load of dedication. but to go from being so large, to the point where you cant even do basic functions to losing literally the weight of another human being, now thats impressive. that was a much harder journey for a person like that compared to a bodybuilder in my opinion.

I'll be 35 this Friday December 4th, I weigh in at 473lbs. I have quit smoking, I've gone clean eating, I walk every morning with a backpack full of water jogs 35lbs and exercise every other day. I have been at this for about a month. I'm not losing any weight. My calorie intake per day is set at 1500 by doctor. Idk what I'm doing wrong. Any advise?

The old him look likes he is the father of the new him! Congrats, it's just amazing to see that when you really feel that it clicks into your head to change you can do anything. And this guy did it for sure! And by his journey he will motivates so much other to also believe in themselves.

There are a stretch sports t-shirts to shape your skin. Then I watched someone doing derma rolling on her belly after having twins. She had no need of surgery and her skin kept improving gradually. Think you can give that a try. It is a slow but safe process.

Wow! He seems like such a great guy! I-m so happy for him. He took control of his life and made a plan. A lot situations in life are easier to handle when we have made guidelines and rules for ourselves; just like preparing foods to eat beforehand.

He makes such a supreme effort, Oh why can't his skin play fair, I was close to tears looking at his loose skin! It's going to cost him a fortune to get that fixed! but he probably knew that before he started.

Some prolonged fasting cycles and the right weighlifting protocol can avoid that loose skin. I've lost over 110 lbs at 40 yo, and i've no loose skin at all. High protein diets do not help for loose skin.
