like. we literally see ONLY humans with a nose so our brain is hard-wired to seeing that
we even know today, that thing that look very close to a human, but not exactly are in this -uncanny valley-
so you can't expect that people who see you for the first aren't shocked.
i think she looks amazing with the prosthetic nose und most importantly, she survived and is here to tell the story
im just saying. society will never get to a point, where a person without a nose isnt something extremely unusual

I commend you for owning your beauty & story. I was 21yrs old when my nose started collapsing & the doctors in my area just mistreated me & blew me off, it's been 16yrs now & I have no nose or prosthetic & I struggle every day with staying confident in myself. Thanks for sharing your story I hope you can continue to help others who struggle.

Beauty standards won't change. She cannot change that. But she did change herself, her own perception of self-value. People will respond favorably to that. They will notice her difference, but they will appreciate her different attitude about it. She has a positive outlook, and that will overcome negative perceptions that others may have.

So weird question but do fly's and or other bugs try to fly/crawl in there, lol. Like I just figure since unlike a normal nose, that's just a big hole, like if you kept your mouth open all day. Does she/others like her get stuffy noses when they get the flu or cold?

She-s still beautiful regardless it took my mind a moment to adapt. Finally halfway through the video my mind ignored the hole. But the whole prosthetics though! That-s dope! It-s like a wig but for your nose! I would love to have Gaga-s nose or Brad Pits lol
