I work in a school in Australia. What I see from this family is so much better than our system is doing for our young people. Our kids are afraid to try, afraid to succeed. Afraid to think for themselves. They are not as confident, they are not as healthy, they don-t understand their environment. They don-t have a work ethic and expect everything given to them on a platter. They don-t know how to produce their own food or where milk really comes from. Where meat really comes from. They have little respect for life. As for hand guns and long arms you have to be kidding. I have about 3 students out of over 400 students and they are the most down to earth and balanced individuals in the school. Vegans never realise that to grow their food we dispossess so many animals which kills them and reduces numbers and affects the natural balance of nature they are even more destructive than omnivores. I fully support your family and the lifestyle you all live and share. I am incredibly envious that you have done this. Cheers and best wishes for an incredible future for you and your young ladies!

the lazy and immoral are always going to be critical of this way of life. from the father and mother to the daughters, the confidence they have in themselves is staggering and a inspiration. people caged in their big city fishbowls, and working in their cube farms, deep down they know their way of life in corrupt and useless. his daughters can survive out there, and probably thrive in our world. but it can never be the other way around. .

Probably one of the most educated and responsible gun owners I've seen online. I don't agree with children handling guns, but I would definitely teach them proper safety. That said, I'm typing that in my apartment in the middle of a busy city so this lifestyle is not close to me. I'd definitely give it a go, though, because they seem to be more content with themselves than we city-folks are.

im a british person and i am pro gun.
i think that this is one of the best things to teach your children at a young age because then the safety is almost become second nature and normal to them and they know that using them in other ways is wrong.
i also agree with hunting for your own food i think its a lot better than the processed supermarket garbage.

You are such a fantastic family! We started home school this year. I think people should be asking what the kids these days are missing out on. Most parents spend 15 minutes a day with their children and both sit on internet. Don't worry about the people that are trying to be hurtful, they are always around. Great work you have a wonderful family

If more people spent time with their families and taught their children gun safety and self sufficiency as these parents do I believe there would be far more responsible adults than we have now. These young ladies are far more prepared for adulthood and responsibility than most kids these days. As parents your doing a great job!

When I was a kid there was a rifle range in the basement of the elementary school it was specifically 22 caliber shooting it was quite common across the country and kids could learn to shoot and get a hunters safety. People on the internet are not really the best to give advice you and your kids have done awesome.

I bet most of the people writing those hate comments are sitting there with meat from a grocery store in their fridges which is less humane for the animals. They are teaching their girls how to rely on themselves for sustenance. They are raising some amazing young women.

Don't mind them, we choose how to live our lives and they choose how to live theirs. As long as you don't impose your choices to them, there should not be any conflict. Now it's them who wants to impose their beliefs on you, so it's them who have problems not you guys.

My pop an uncle taught me how'd hunt, handle a weapon correctly, an survived in the woods or anywhere at the age of 9. These girls parent aren't doing anything wrong, I don't see why they should bash them for teaching their child how to survive.

I grew up in the country with my Dad teaching me how to shoot and hunt. You gotta know your risks and be so very aware, but other than that there is NOTHING wrong with teaching girls at a young age, how to hunt.

As long as everyone is safe/legal, and their kids don't mind hunting, I don't see a problem with it! It's their family, and hunting isn't a bad skill to have.
